Great location but we felt that this apartment was over priced. It was a nice roomy apartment and the Managers were very nice. It might be handy to state that the actual entrance is of the side street. If I was the owner of this apartment I would like the following to be pointed out to me: Curtains in both bedrooms need to be replaced. They didn't keep out the light or any noise. Our apartment was on the side street and it was very noisy. The doors to the balcony need attention. They would not lock. The lounge chairs could do with replacing, very old and uncomfortable , and the air conditioner would not work .
