Amazing hotel, our whole stay was fantastic, great pools and right in the centre! Would recommend

Just back from an all inclusive week away. Hotel was perfect Food is great! A lot to choose from. Great location Staff very nice and friendly Rooms are clean and comfortable we will be back. Champagne in the room for our anniversary was a lovely surprise

Stayed for a week in a junior suite, which actually is the standard room time in the complex. Location is perfect and just a 100m walk off main street. All shops, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep. Check in was fast and staff very attentive. Glass of bubbly on arrival a nice touch. Communal areas are well maintained and well staffed. All of the staff were super friendly and happy at their work. Suite/Bedroom was clean but in need of a refresh and upgrade. Beds were hard , noisy and lumpy. Room decor was tired and furniture quite worn. Immediate reaction on first seeing the room was a bit of disappointment. Large screen TV could face either the beds or sofa bed. Whilst streaming was an option there weren't any regular tv channels. Bathroom was spacious but shower door didn't close tight so towels had to be put on floor. Pool areas are spacious and clean with plenty of loungers and parasols available. The dining room was spacious, clean and well staffed. Food options at breakfast and dinner were plentiful, well cooked and presented. We had a meal in the Italian restaurant which we wouldn't recommend. Other than pizza option food portions were tiny. Steak was a small cut of meat with just a couple of salad leaves and 2 baby tomatoes. No sides provided at all. Better to simply go to the main dining room were the food was plentiful and better quality. All in all a relaxing week but hotel rooms need refurbished. Too worn and jaded to match the brochure photos and price. Would stay again but only if a cheap deal was available.

This is prob I think our 8th visit to the hotel. We have stayed here all seasons and each year we personally feel it has Improved Each year we have requested a specific room. And each time they have acomadated our needs. Staff , service has been exceptional. We have book for sept 2025.however we are looking at returning in june 2025. Either way we would highly recommend this hotel

Staff friendly room ok but why put a step at the bottom of the bed? Drinks were good and bar staff excellent Food restaurant food Luke warm at best mainly cold breakfast hash browns dripping with oil bacon the thinnest I’ve ever seen and baked so all stuck together had an omelet one day and was dished up burnt . Lunch and dinner followed in much the same vane. Italian restaurant really good. Last h10 I will use
