"The hotel was terrible. The room was dirty, there was hair on the floor, and the bathroom door was filthy. The door handles were covered in a grimy residue, and it looked like the rest of the door had never been washed. The furniture was old and neglected, and the couch smelled awful. The walls were very thin and we could hear every word our neighbors said. Fortunately, we only stayed for two nights, as we wouldn't have been able to stand it any longer. Easy to find parking space. Quite cheap."

"We are actually staying in this hotel at the moment, so far quite disappointed, I am a disabled woman with my partner, we requested a ground floor because of this reason, we were given upper floor and had to walk a mile to the lift, we asked for a move and had to pay an upgrade to get a disabled ground floor room, again we have to walk a mile uphill to get to this room, it is very badly designed for disabled people, the shower in our room is.absolutey ridiculous the whole room floods when showering and completely unsafe, the management apparently knew about this when they put us here, the air conditioning isn't working properly, we have reported these problems but nothing seems to be getting done, the heated swimming pool is freezing.We are not moaning g people but we expected alot better for what we paid I don't think we will be coming back to this hotel sorry to say"

"Had a lovely stay. Apartment lovely and clean. Table and 4 chairs in lounge. Television. Internet which was very good. Settee. Kitchen well equipped. We were in apartment 12 and it had a full size fridge freezer which we put to good use. 3 ring hob. Sandwich maker but would rather have had a toaster. Coffee machine and kettle and a dishwasher which husband said would not get used but it definitely was during our stay and a microwave. There was not much storage space for dry goods so were put into equipment cupboards. I don’t think the other apartments have a full size fridge freezer just a fridge with ice compartment. Nice size bedroom and the bed was really comfortable so we slept really well. Only had to use fan one night as unfortunately the weather was not fantastic. Not much storage space in bedroom. Hanging space and two bedside tables. Nice big mirror and also a safe. Shower was fantastic. Lovely and powerful and nice adjustable temperature. Hair dryer was very good too. Bathroom decoration very nice. Individual outside space with table and two chairs and 2 sunbeds and a clothes dryer. The apartments on our side of pool did not get sunshine until lunchtime while those on other side got sun most of the day. Number 8 seemed to get sun most of day. Sunbathing platform by pool with 4 sunbeds which gets sun all day. As it was quite breezy it was sometimes difficult to get out of wind on our outside space. Number 1 was tucked right in corner and did not seem to get much sun at all. Couldn’t work out why that one had a built in bbq either. Number 2 not much private outside space but got plenty of sun. This is a complex of 12 apartments and to get to number 12 you either had to go down a set of stairs and up another set. We do not travel light and so we had to take cases all around the outside. When nothing to carry the stairs were no problem. Stayed for 2 weeks and cleaned only once at beginning of 2nd week which is quite normal. There was some building work being done while we were there as they were refurbishing a couple of apartments but the noise did not bother us. Would not hesitate to stay again except we would prefer something a bit nearer to bars and restaurants due to distance but is only a 5 to 10 minute walk. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away."

"We arrived here on the 29th of June ment to stay for a week but left next day we booked 2 apartment,s. The smell of dampness in both apartment the wall was all lumpy and painted over to cover dampness was terrible my toilet seat not fitting. My sister had to clean kitchen and floor was do dirty. Outside garden furniture covered with dirt and bird poo. Pool had dead fies and slime sun loungers old dirty two umbrellas one broken. Places that were ment to be 8mins walk was 25 min walk."

"The hotel and staff were lovely. The rooms were kept clean and WiFi was good throughout the hotel. They also had good entertainment during the day and in the evening. It was only 5-10 mins in a cab to the town centre and there were shops and supermarkets a short walk away if you wanted to stay local. What they need to improve on is the food. The quality was ok but it was always cold. The heat lamps don’t appear to work. Also as lots of friendly birds pass through they take a nibble or two from the bread baskets. Sort that out and you’re all good!"

"This was our golden wedding celebration holiday. We had a lovely bottle of champagne gifted to us which we very much appreciated. The staff are amazing they all work so hard, the restaurants offer a good selection of high quality meals and we could not fault the service which was attentive, polite, swift and friendly. However, I felt that our junior deluxe suite needed some attention as the bathroom had been subjected to a water leek from the floor above and this showed, as well as some wallpaper coming adrift in the corner. This was disappointing. Also the towels which are regularly were thin and grey! Not what you’d expect I a higher grade hotel. We honestly felt that these issues let down the extremely diligent staff. Also be aware that a sea view room is beautiful but in March there is no sun. Better to opt for a room overlooking the pool area."

"Hotel is in a great location, turn left to the beach and right to the main street for shops, bars and restaurants. There is a laid back atmosphere in the hotel and it is very quiet. People reading and listening to music via headphones kept it peaceful. We appreciated the general respectfulness of fellow guests in this. Generally couples of all ages mainly I think over 50s. Our suite with pool view was spacious with a nice size bathroom. For 14 nights a few more hangers would have been useful. We booked B&B and had dinner once in the hotel which compared with the town prices was very reasonable. Food was a very good standard and choice. No issues on the cleanliness, the cleaning staff worked very hard and late to maintain the public areas. Our room was immaculate and towels and bedding soft and good quality. We had no issues with external noise. Plenty of loungers and brollies available plus a couple on the balcony. Waiting/bar staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Special mention to Maria. The pool was fine, not being much of a swimmer I missed some gradual steps in and it was a little cold on the way out. Had a fabulous stay and currently dealing with a case of post holiday Blues"

"We stayed as a family with ages from 11 months to 66 years old. The rooms were very spacious even with a cot and buggy in the room. The walls are very thin and you can hear every noise from the room next door including the toilet flushing. There was a good variety of food but it would of been nice to have more traditional food. There are some lovely staff working in the restaurant especially Begona who went above and beyond for us and was excellent with our children. The cups, glasses, plates and bowls were always dirty with dried on food stuck on. Drinks were brought over to us at dinner which we didn't order but were charged for, when we questioned this we were told we had to pay. The hotel is not really for children. The sheet on the travel cot was far too short and my son kept pulling it off the mattress. There's no bath only a shower. The children's club is only open for 2 hours a day and only if someone pre books it. The mini disco is about 4 of the same songs, we only had a couple different songs on one night. There's no childrens plates or cutlery or food options. There is a very small playarea, the metal slide gets very hot and is in the sun. On one occasion when the cleaners had been into the room they left pink bleach all over the toilet seat. I went to reception and asked if this could be sorted and they said it would but it wasn't so I cleaned it myself. I asked for clean cups, spoons and glasses but this didn't happen. The toilets in the main area downstairs were very smelly. You could smell them from the reception upstairs. The were a lot of hotel improvements going on during our stay and some facilities were unavailable but there was no alternatives provided. When we checked out our bill was extremely high for a few drinks, some of which we didn't order! We were never told how much drinks were or given any receipts!"
