"Just got back from a 5 night stay here, and really enjoyed it - would return, but would request a different room. Only negative was that our room was right by reception , which also meant our bedroom backed onto the road- this wasn't an issue until 5-6am in the morning when things were being delivered to the hotel and would wake us up- better sound proofing windows or being provided with some earplugs would have been great. The second time it happened we were going to ask to move but we'd unpacked and weren't there for much longer so just decided to leave it. Other than this we really liked the hotel, staff were lovely and welcoming- cava on arrival and got taken straight to lunch which is appreciated after travelling. As a vegan it can be a struggle to eat properly on holiday but honestly the food was great and I was full the entire time! Vegan options with every meal time that didn't just feel like an add on - there were dishes with lentils, chickpeas, beans, quinoa etc, and a pasta dish, salads, roasted veggies - all genuinely so tasty! The quinoa was the best I've had. Would have loved a vegan ice cream or sorbet option as puddings were limiting but always lots of fruit. Also the coconut yogurt at breakfast should be better labeled as they're all in the same bowls and the signs get moved so one morning I made a bowl up which turned out to be normal yogurt - maybe the hotel could put the vegan yogurt in a different colour bowl to help identify? Other than this I was impressed with vegan and veggie options ! Also (this is explained on arrival) if you tell the reception you're happy for your room to not be cleaned that day you get either 2 premium cocktails ,or an hour in the jacuzzi with a bottle of cava! Which we took full advantage of and thought it was a really good idea :) Always space in the dining hall and doesn't feel like you're crammed together like at some big hotels. Deffo a quieter more relaxed hotel- practically in the middle of Carallejo so really close to the beach/shops etc which made it super convenient to nip out. Without those few downsides we would have given it 5* for what we payed we were really impressed :)"

"Stayed here for two weeks over xmas 2023.Just the two of us. On arrival we had to phone reception for the key code, and was easy to find our apartment Our friend also had an apartment next door so that was handy First look of the place and it was clean and tidy , and ideal for a quiet time away We have been going to corralejo for about 13 yrs ( i think ) and stayed in many different places, always liked the locality of these apartments and the fact they are bungalows so you don’t have chairs scraping above you which as we all know is quite annoying when you’re trying to sleep Bed was great , v comfy and i have a bad back so for me it was good Checked in next day and the owner was lovely, very friendly and turns out they had only taken over in october so we’re still finding their feet Apartments cleaned once a week which i found to be great as i prefer not to have cleaners in every day , we just bought our own cleaning products , there was a mop,brush and soap etc already there Cooking facilities are v basic but who cooks loads on holiday when there are loads of amazing restaurants in corralejo The resident cat Sylvester was extremely friendly and i mean to the point he’d come in if allowed and sleep on couch , we tried to discourage him as much as possible but as cat lovers we gave in when he had his face pressed up against the glass doors 😂waiting for us in morning , then you’d see him going round the others ( he does get fed on site ) so he’s just a chancer Only issue i had was there were lots of stairs to get out front gate, i could walk long way round avoiding them but there were still some stairs so it isn’t suitable for wheelchair users , i have low mobility and ended up walking round cos the stairs were an issue for me The sun only came out in our patio around 12 ish, but it is winter after all , it was nice having your own sunloungers and not have to race to the pool We would defo stay again, it is being refurbished so it will be nice to go back and see the changes"

"We have not stayed for a few years but returned three weeks ago. A warm welcome in reception and nice very clean family room where we have enjoyed a nice quiet stay. Some reviews are totally out of line and we will be returning. Towels are very nice and sheets and apartment cleaned and well equipped. Thank you team for a lovely stay."

"The location of the hotel isn’t very ideal. It’s out the way of the beach and main shops. The hotel itself is dirty. There is dirt sludge all around the pool and the frame and steps to the water slides. The rooms are uncomfortable and very outdated and in need of repair. The food is terrible for an all inclusive. Seems to be very repetitive with the same things every night. The floors in the restaurant and extremely slippery and the flooring around the pool and can get very hot to the point I burnt a piece of on the bottoms of my foot. They have a policy to not reserve sun beds but there all gone the night before. Staff at the reception are not very helpful and can be very rude in general. Was told the rooms would be cleaned on day 2 and 4 of stay but all they did was make the bed with the same sweaty sheets and mop the dirt around the room. The beds are camp beds and very uncomfortable. The mattress are old and some dirty needing new ones. They put covers over to hide it all. The shower plug is loose and comes off, making it dangerous. In general I wouldn’t put this above a 2 star at best. Not a place we will be visiting again. Holiday was ruined with lack of sleep on uncomfortable camp beds, Not a nice place"

"Third time staying here and have already booked for 2027 it’s that good! The staff are amazing, so friendly and hardworking. While we were there, maintenance guys were painting the building and doing small repairs. An issues with the apartments were fixed immediately. The cleaners were on the go all day, and really cheerful and friendly. The Loft reception staff were always on hand to provide information as needed. We were in rooftop terrace two bedroom apartment which isn’t as big indoors but has the fab outside space which we like to use. It’s great if you’re not so keen on the poolside. The fans worked well to keep the place reasonably cool - it was hotter during the two weeks we visited than it had been previously but still the fans worked well. The food at the onsite bar and restaurant was delicious and would highly recommend you try it. Location perfect right by the promenade into town and only 10 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The Hiper Dino supermarket and a small bakery are 5 minutes and both are great. Small complaints - during the second week a lot more English visitors arrived and the pool sunbed wars began! It was all very relaxed until then, no issues getting a sunbed mid morning. Well, once the English were there - before it even opened at 9am, they were running for the beds and even throwing towels on them. Was a little embarrassing actually. So we didn’t go to the pool our last 2 days as couldn’t be bothered with that! The fact the apartments are non-smoking indoors could be made clearer as someone below or next to our bedroom was smoking in their apartment for three days - we did report this and either the staff sorted it, or they just stopped. The apartments include steep stairs so might not be suitable for everyone. But these are minor complaints. It’s a fantastic place to stay and the staff are absolutely amazing. They deserve a pay rise!! Highly recommend. Corralejo is such a lovely place, plenty going on but not too busy."

"Food was good as was the rooms and massive swimming pools, the only problem was all the entertainment was in french! We were not told that the place was french owned and very much geared up for french people. Dissapointed as we couldnt join in with the games or entertainment"
