Typically, hotel staff assist by calling paramedics, but the staff at Hotel Chamartin the One have been exceptional. Special mention to receptionist Lara and her manager Oscar who personally checked on us in our room, brought us water, and even provided medicine for the wound my brother sustained from a fall during a seizure. Both of them were simply amazing. THANK once again Lara and Oscar. This hotel will undoubtedly be my first choice if visit Madrid again

The staff and facilities of the hotel are very good. All in general perfect. We have enjoyed it very much. They have to control a little more the bathrooms that was dirty the vater. I stayed in this hotel only for one night during a business trip. It’s located nearby the airport in a rather dull location. Check-in and check-out processes were very efficient. The breakfast was satisfactory. The room was spacious yet bathtub was very slippery and thus quite dangerous in that respect. The room service (and other similar services to the room) are managed via a QR code system which is quite user friendly. Yet the room service quality in terms of food and display was awful. Nevertheless I can still recommend this hotel for a short stay of one night in case you need to be nearby the airport

The name of the hotel is a bit misleading because it's not very close to any of the airport terminals. It's in San Sebastian de los Reyes, 6 km from the terminal 4 of Madrid airport. From the nearest commuter train station (cercanias, C4 line Alcobendas/San Sebastian de los Reyes) it took nearly half an hour to walk to the hotel. However, by taxi it's only a 10 minutes ride between the airport and the hotel. If you want to save time, I recommend taxi. It's about 20 euros. The hotel itself was very good. The lobby was stylish, the room was quite nice, everything was clean. Good customer service and friendly staff at the reception desk. But pay attention to the location especially if you have early morning flight next day. Next to the hotel there is Plaza Norte 2 shopping complex offering all kinds of shopping possibilities and restaurants.

Remote urban hotel in northern Madrid. Staff not helpful, did not appear to be happy dealing with customers, like they were an inconvenience. No kettle in room as they have a coffee shop which is never open. Internal noise from other rooms was a problem, sound proofing is terrible. Also bin lorry comes around midnight, right outside our window.

A luxury, very clean place. I like it very much and the girls' attention was great. I recommend it.

Booked this hotel with a private bathroom?when I checked in I am in a basement room with no window, just this little opening near the ceiling. Also sharing the bathroom etc with everyone else on that floor. There was no help at reception to any questions. The only positive of thus 'hotel' is the location. Would not recommend staying here
