Beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities and services including private pools with plenty of sunbeds, a gym, spa, art exhibition room, games room with pool tables and football tables and TVs showing live sports matches. There are also organised daytime activities and evening entertainment. I loved the neutral and mint earth tone colourway theme throughout the hotel which is very calming and relaxing. I also respect the hotel's commitment to sustainability by installing water filleting machines to reuse bottles and refillable soap and shampoo dispensers. My room was warm, cozy and clean with a nice balcony view and a variety of tv channel and movie selections including Netflix. The cleaning lady was kind to remake my bed from two twin beds into a large double bed with beautiful flower petal decorations and chocolate truffle treats which were delicious and I appreciated the additional touches. The breakfast was delicious ans very filling, presented in a buffet style with so much variety and choice of different stations within the dining room (cereal and granola; fruit, salad and juice bar; toast and baguette station; pattessarie station; hot English breakfast station with a section dedicated to different preparations of eggs). Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location with stunning sea and mountain hill views and has direct access to Torviscas Beach which is less than a 3-minute walk. There are also many local shops, bars and restaurants including a mcdonalds by the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely revisit in the future!

The one-bedroom apartment was very clean and spacious. The resort itself is lovely, offering beautiful pool areas, and all of the staff go out of their way to make you feel valued. Located just across the street from the beach, and with restaurants and shops everywhere around it, the location was perfect. I booked this through my RCI membership and got a phenomenal price for the quality of the resort. The only issue was our unit was located on the street side of the resort, on the fourth floor, which was almost above a bar that had extremely loud music playing til late every night.

I really do not know why this place gets bad reviews. We arrived late and was given food , sandwich apple pear and bottle of water, admitted not the best, was given wrong room but rectified the next day, No problem. This time of year was plenty of sunbeds, although you had people at gates there really was no need. Food was good always something to eat, staff friendly. The drinks were best we have ever had for an all inclusive, Rooms are spacious, we had a great time, It is not on a steep hill so no huffing and puffing to get back to hotel after going to beach, which is 10 min walk. Entertainment was hit and miss but we had some really good nights in the hotel, if you don't want to stay simply pop down road where there is plenty going on. Yes we would most definantley come back. The lay out is a bit odd and underpass to back pool could do with a make over . Add a few plants and cool lighting maybe, Appearance of Hotel could do with a coat of paint, but having said that it is a great bargain all inclusive Hotel.

Great location, 10 minutes walk down to the beach. There are 2 pools, one heated and always sun beds available. Did hear they had a booking system for these but we never had to. Bars, restaurants and a shop on the complex which was useful. The only issue was they had live music on from 4pm every day and it seemed unnecessarily loud. It didn’t bother us too much but can imagine it would be a nightmare if you had a balcony closer to the bars. Apartment was great, balcony overlooking the pool and very well equipped. The staff left a bottle of wine for my partners 30th while we were there which was a nice touch. Would stay again, but would definitely recommend emailing ahead and asking for a room away from the bars.

We have just come back from a wonderful week at this hotel, & honestly some of the reviews we had read really put us on edge but for what we paid it’s very basic but has everything you need. We requested a ground floor room as we had a member of our party with limited mobility the hotel happily provided this for us. We hired a double electric scooter for the week, there are plenty of charging points around the pool area ( which gets locked at night) Both pools were clean and tidy, ( the main pool is freezing) we spent most of the week around the adults only heated pool. Pool bar had everything you needed from a full range of bar food and variety of cocktails and drinks, bar staff were wonderfully friendly. The opening times of the bar were a bit hit and miss, some evenings we came back from dinner hoping for a night cap only to find the bar had closed at 7pm rather than the stated closing time of 11pm. The rooms are dated but relatively clean ( we had 5/6 cockroaches in our room whilst we were there, (the hotel provided us with a spray to kill them but it did put a downer on our stay) the beds were super comfy and the cleaners came in everyday to empty the rubbish and put out fresh towels. We slept with the balcony door open all night as it was very hot but you can hire a fan from reception. We took a taxi down into the town every night which cost us on average 5/6 euros. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel ( this was closed the entire week we were there) but there is also a small convenience store by the regency hotel & a bakery ( the pastry’s were delicious) overall we had a wonderful stay, and would defiantly come back if we were looking for a cheep and cheerful holiday.

Absolutely amazing. The architecture was beautiful and modern with exotic plants and open spaces. Staff were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Large swimming pool with bridges to lead to an island in the middle of the pool (very deep!). Rooms were clean and well appointed - enormous bed but made it feel a bit cramped. Entertainment was provided by singers performing every night (til 11pm so hard to sleep before then if room above). Nice child’s room with a trampoline, table football and air hockey. Upgraded to the preferred club option which gives access to a lounge with free drinks and snacks from 1.30-7pm which we used instead of lunch! Good breakfast buffet. Only used the evening buffet once, was reasonable but not amazing. Some of the other onsite restaurants didn’t appear to have been open all week. The position was outstanding as many good restaurants were nearby and beaches with water sports only down the road. 10/10 would definitely recommend and visit again!

We are just back from staying here and my experience would be not poor but not so good either. A few things I wasn't aware off so you have to pay €20 PER PERSON for a pool towel luck there was only 2 of us as this would be a small fortune for a family this money is refunded when you check out with receipt at the end of your stay. It's €3 PER DAY to use the safe which for me your paying a high price for decent hotel the safe should be free I've only experienced this in lower budget hotels. I had a question on there page how was our mini bar and how satisfied was I with it getting stocked up. What mini bar ?? We never had 1 There's also no coffee machine, no iron, no iron board in the room these are usually basic things in other places we have been. We had 2 single beds pushed together in our room they were on wheels and moved very easily. The pictures of the rooms online seem like they a fairly sized but in reality they are actually quite small It's a large hotel but not so large outdoor area so it can feel a little crammed sunbed to sunbed with no personal space in-between at all and you have to be in early to get a decent spot. I can't really fault the food to much bar 1 thing I like a lot of mixed fruit at breakfast but there was only melon, watermelon, grapes, mango and 1 day we had orange so I was pretty disappointed with the lack of choice. The bar staff are great but this sounds mad they try to serve you to fast.. they rush the drinks filling beer glasses but 1/4 of the glass is beer foam and the cocktail are just thrown together for me as great as it is getting served fast your probably more disappointed with the end product. There's not really any Air-con threw the building so in the restaurant it's very warm while eating then in the big room with the TV for football/karaoke and pool that's also very very warm place. I feel a 3* is fairly reasonable for this review purely for the price we paid and all the negatives towards it. Personally I wouldn't recommend staying here you can definitely get a lot more for your money at other hotels near by that we have previously been to. I feel this is a lot of negativity so will end on something good. The staff have all been friendly from the day we arrived checking in and out the people that clean rooms do a great job and bar staff are interacting and happy to talk and welcoming at the start of dinner restaurant.

Best 4star hotel we have ever stayed at.. arrived here for a 7 night stay star prestige All inclusive Sep 12th.( this is our 2nd time at this hotel). Great location for shops bars etc All Staff are amazing from domestic staff reception staff, Restaurant to bar staff at night they always had a smile for you and go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one Pool area is large, clean and plenty sunbeds , great area for kids Good variety of food both at the restaurant and snack bar, we used snack bar mostly for lunch restaurant for breakfast and dinner Star prestige is a great addition with 3 separate areas to sunbathe with jacuzzi and very comfy sun beds..very chilled atmosphere Just like to say a special thank you to Lidia and on reception Fran in restaurant ,Sunhaila and Every single member of the bar staff they all made our holiday a fantastic one We are definitely booking to come again

Just back from a wonderful two weeks with my husband at this hotel !! .. we absolutely love Servatur Caribe ! Great location , good rooms ,this was are second year there . Plan to go back next year if the price is right . fantastic views ,nice pool vibe .. all the staff were friendly and helpful .. and surprised how quiet at night it was considering where it is .we where on sixth floor . Highly recommended!! Many thanks
