I have been scammed here! Be aware and if you are looking for a luxurious experience this is far from that concept. I paid for the highest category with the highest price, and I ended up finding out that the category I paid for, doesn’t exist and it was just a trap to take the money from people, there is no difference between categories. I paid for “ the Palace Suite” and that was my view and I barely fit in my bed. The hotel is a scam.

not in the centre of Cusco but close enough, 5-10mins to main square. we left our luggage at hotel when we went to Machu Picchu and when we got back was already waiting for us in our reserved room. decent size bed/ room, bath room but small and the fan is cold in winter as it blows directly to the shower/tun. But generally good service. breakfast was also decent, although they seemed understaffed at the restaurant

I love the hospitality of their staffs. Alfredo is really great and informative receptionist. I had Walter escorted me to my room and tell the details about the hotel and the nearby kusikancha which I can see from the rooftop windows. It is in walking distance from every historical sites. The oxygen supplement and coca tea just in case you suffer the altitude sickness, luckily I haven't used it.

Outstanding hotel. Excellent facility and friendly helpful staff. Great included breakfast. Wife needed oxygen first night which was much appreciated and free.Move from sea level to 10,000 ft can be troublesome especially with exercise.

This is the style I want. You can pet alpacas for free. But the room lighting is too dim, which is a bit uncomfortable. Then on the day of arrival, something went wrong and the hotel couldn't find my order. A young man at the front desk of the hotel actually said it was not his fault. Who is discussing right and wrong with you? As an employee of a luxury hotel, you should patiently help guests solve problems!
