We had a bumpy arrival with a problem with keys and locks, and being an “autonomous” arrival, this made things more complex. That being said, the hosts are very “up front” and send an explanatory video which makes everything quite simple. Concerning the lock problem, they also mentioned during the stay that they would change everything, which demonstrates their proactivity. We really appreciated the possibility of having a late checkout as we were leaving Cusco by plane around 6:00 p.m. The bed was very comfortable, but the room was quite damp… breakfast is included, and is from 7 to 10AM only, so if you have excursions, it's not ideal. We asked for a “to go” lunch due to our excursions very early in the morning, but we were told that this would not be possible. Very nice location, right in the heart of San Blas. Also, very very beautiful view of Cusco. All in all, we recommend!

Our experience at Olla B&B was magnificent. It is located in a very beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood just 300m from the main square. The room itself is very comfortable and overlooks a pleasant and spacious internal patio, the bathroom is spacious and bright. On the other hand, breakfast is very good and is served in a comfortable common space with excellent views of the historic center of the city. Finally, highlight the predisposition and service of the hostesses. Highly recommended!

My experience was truly exceptional! The hosts were always attentive and flexible with any changes I needed to make. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, perfect for resting after a day exploring Cusco, and its location is a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas. Highly recommended if you come to Cusco.

The attention and facilities are beautiful and impeccable, from the moment one the staff was attentive and friendly. You have complete autonomy to enter and leave the accommodation, I traveled for work but I will definitely return for personal trips 💜

Cozy rooms, comfortable beds in a central but quiet area. Élodie and her team were very responsive and accommodating to facilitate my stay in Cusco. I've been there several times and always felt good. I recommend 200%👍👍

Beautiful view and impeccable accommodation, highly recommended, everything is very impeccable, everyone is super friendly and always attentive to any questions, the view and the patio area are very nice, security guaranteed as well. Breakfast was good.

Muy buena atención y es mucho mejor que en fotos. El desayuno muy bueno para ser parte del alojamiento. El cuarto excelente, muy cómodo. Cuenta con diversos implementos como secadora y plancha de ropa. Te dan facilidades si tu vuelo sale más tarde del check out. Definitivamente regresaría. ¡Gracias por todo Elodie!
