I recently stayed at Kippal from May 3 to May 17, 2024. As a professional Travel Advisor, I regularly conduct on-site inspections of various accommodations, and I chose Kippal based on its positive reviews, convenient location, modern amenities, and the need for a kitchen and workspace for my remote work. However, my experience at Kippal fell short in several key areas that are important for vacation accommodations but I have narrowed it down to the top 3: 1) No WiFi: The lack of WiFi was highly inconvenient and problematic for my remote work needs. 2) Cleanliness and Condition: The property was dirty and in desperate need of renovations, which was surprising for an almost new building. There were repairs needed due to excessive wear and tear, and the walls desperately needed repainting. The pictures and descriptions of the property were misleading. 3) Customer Service: There was a significant lack of customer service. None of my concerns or queries were resolved during my stay. I hope this feedback helps future guests and encourages improvements at Kippal. Best regards, Lisa
