I was dreading staying at the Europa Hotel Gatwick, given its budget status, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The hotel looks much better in person than it does in the pictures online, which was a nice surprise. As for the sleep, you really do get what you pay for — it wasn't the most luxurious, but for a budget option, it was decent enough. If you’re looking for a budget friendly place near Gatwick airport, it’s a great place. They have all the basic amenities and friendly staff. It’s quite deep in the heart of a residential area so it’s advisable only if you drive.

Very close to Gatwick Airport, just a few minutes by taxi. Also, the online checkin and self-service checkin kiosk at the hotel are friendly and helpful for guests especially for those arriving late night.

We had a lovely stay just before our flight. It has a great location and is easy to find by following signs at the airport. The only thing missing was slippers.

Made a last minute booking to stay the night after touching down in Gatwick at night with a migraineq, not knowing how isolated the place was. Its was dark and eerily quiet to get to, room was without heating and the hot water kettle was rusty and peeling. Still for the price, a very decent place to near the airport that offers a phone to directly call for United cars shuttl

Safe car park on arrival, just tap in your car registration at the reception on arrival and pay for your parking. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Free wifi. Beautiful room. Clean and tidy with coffee and tea making facilities. Lovely complimentary shower and hand wash and shampoo. Comfy bed. Quiet hotel in quiet setting a little away from the main road. Idea location not far from Gatwick airport. Will definitely be back. Thanks again for a great stay.

Amazing location and super helpful staff. Rooms are affordable but don’t seem cheap at all as the bedding and furniture is high quality and well worth the money my stay cost. The double room also came with a microwave and fridge which I’ve never had at a hotel before especially not such an affordable one. Will be coming back:)

Hotel is a bit far from the airport and the nearest bus station. But rooms are great with a lot of facilities in room. Price wise very competitive and much cheaper than on-site hotels at Gatwick Airport.

Okay location from airport. There is a shuttle bus that runs to both terminals for £5 pp. The location of the hotel is amongst residential homes and the rooms are not sound proofed enough. It was very noisy. Bring earplugs. Room is spotless. Amenities are great. Coffee. Tea. Biscuits. Toiletries in room and on request. Perfect for one night stay before or after a visit to Gatwick Airport.
