Overall good experience, receptionist was helpful and friendly. Strategic location for sure, the black church just opposite of the homestay.

Loved my stay at Residence Central Annapolis! The location is perfect—right in the middle of the old town, so everything is just a short walk away. The building has this old-world charm, and the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and happy to help with anything I needed. If you're visiting Brașov and want somewhere central with character, this is a great pick!

A basic hotel with no elevator, the staff served was nice. The buffet breakfast arranged to the nearby hotel was super good with freshly made bread. However, need to hold the shower head when showering

Excellent location in a historic building. Free parking in the area is impossible, so I recommend the parking offered by the hotel for R050/day.
Facilities, room and bathroom, period decorations, but very comfortable.
Silent place at night.
Reception is not open 24 hours.
Hearty breakfast. Recommendable.
