It's a nice, quiet place. The pool is under the trees so constant cleaning is needed which is done often by the clients throughout the day.
Avoid rooms 15, 16, & 17 as due to the design of the hallway, the mosquitos have no escape and congregate there in large numbers. The 2nd floor suites are lovely.
The area is residental and is very quiet.

We really like it at Rooms Huatulco. It’s the second year for us. It’s a small property and you get to know everyone by socializing around the pool. We like being able to cook some meals. The house keeping is excellent. One gal does it all. It’s central enough to walk many places or take a quick trip to the beaches in a taxi.

The shower had good water pressure and the bed was confortable. Good wifi and the pool area is very peaceful with lots of shade from large trees

This was a wonderful experience!
We loved the property. A quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The cleaning lady was a delight, the owner and host could not have been more helpful. Air conditioning was excellent. We found the location to be ideal, 10 minute walk from a big supermarket, 15-20 minutes to the main beach. 10 minute walk to the. Enter of town. We felt safe and secure during all of our 10 day stay!

The staff Cici was exceptional. A language barrier as my spanish is poor. Great service for information.
