The staff were amazing, in particular Yailene and housekeeping staff member Sylvia. They made you feel like family and were so friendly and professional. The pool was clean and refreshing. The only negative is that there were only 3 lounge chairs and two were broken. There is not a lot of area beside the pool for lounging, but I have confidence management will rectify this issue. It was also mentioned pool towels will be made available in the future. I found the area quiet and a short walk to downtown La Crucecita. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very clean lovely hotel.The staff are super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a plus. Very good hotel for a decent price. The only improvement I would suggest is to invest in a whole bunch more comfortable sun loungers for by the pool.

Staff and service are excellent. Extremely clean room and areas. Wonderful location. You can walk to so many shops and restaurants. Only thing I could say is there are no lounge chairs at the pool area. Isabela who looked after our room was perfect. A great place to stay if you want to see the town of La Crucecita

It was perfect! The staff is so nice, the manager speaks English and is an excellent help. The breakfast was delicious, the pool area is beautiful and the rooms are immaculate. There are two beds, a dining room and a spacious bathroom with a big shower. I'm definitely coming back!

We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Mayev Express and I would highly recommend it for your stay in the Bahias de Huatulco region. The hotel is well located in a quiet part of La Crececita that is still close to all the restaurants and services you may need. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the hotel facilities are very comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. They offer a wonderful daily breakfast to all guests that is a perfect start to every day. We would certainly stay there again on our next trip to visit the beaches and bays of Huatulco!

We were in La Crucesita for 23 nights. Originally we had booked an apartment through a rental agency but cancelled after 1 night due to the apartment's poor condition. So we booked Hotel Mayev Express for 22 nights; we stayed in the top floor apartment. The Mayev Express is similar to a Holiday Inn or Best Western in Canada - no frills but clean & comfortable. The staff were amazing - manager, cleaners, front desk, breakfast staff were polite & kind to us throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was always tasty & served with a smile (thank you Rafael). Our room was cleaned daily & well-supplied with towels, soap, etc (thank you Lucia). The hotel manager supplied us with a coffee maker & a few dishes so we could make simple lunches in our room (thank you Yeilene). Overall, the Mayev Express is not intended for long-term stays but we were thankful to be there. The only negative (which the Mayev Express can't control) is that the neighbourhood has a lot of barking dogs.

10-15 walking distance from downtown, very quiet, nice pool, friendly staff, room very clean, it has a small fridge and microwave, the breakfast included was excellent and the waiter extremely nice.

I enjoyed all: the facilities, the kindness of their people, the management, the cleaning and maintanence.
It is well located and we felt as a family as integrated in the culture and town.
