“I recently stayed at the Heeton Concept Hotel for nine nights, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite booking well in advance, I was given the smallest room in the hotel. I reached out via email and approached the concierge daily, requesting an upgrade to a more comfortable room, but my efforts were ignored. The lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to assist left me no choice but to leave the hotel ahead of my planned departure. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.”
Check the attached pictures which shows you how small the room in comparison with the other rooms despite I paid higher rate for it for 9 nights which indicates that staying longer dose not save money but it wasted it with no choice but to leave the place.

The location was great, across the road from the station and easy enough to get to despite the road works. Now this issue was the room, it was extremely small but I could cope with that, the major issue was the smell, the room itself smelled of damn as if the floor was wet and dried several times over, the bathroom was even worst. I went and complained and was given an plugin air freshener which helped but the bathroom was just unpleasant. I wouldn't stay again but appreciate the helpfulness of the staff

Even though the room was super small for a solo traveller but the location and the amenities around it make up for the disadvantages. Also need to climb down a small flight of stairs to the room so those with heavy luggage do take note if you are assigned to a solo room with stairs to your entrance. Apart from that again awesome location as it's just 3-5mins walk to Earl's court tube station and conveniently easy to get to all the well known tourist site like the Buckingham palace/museum/Big Ben as the tube station is on the District line so it's easy to get around

Room is quite small so if you have 2 big luggage. Shower is also quite small. Room is clean and is enough. Bed is a bit hard but comfortable enough.

Room is very small. And at the time that we stay, the lift was our of service so we have to bring our big luggage though ladder instead.

Brilliant experience. I was allowed to check in earlier which worked out really well as I wanted to drop off my luggage, change and head out. Hotel is located very short walk from tube, and fantastic coffee shop Over Under ( as a Heeton Hotel guest you will also get a discout how cool is that ! ) is just around the corner. Short walk to Kensington Gardens, V&A! Bed was super super comfy. View was lovely. The room had some signs of being an older but a very accommodating lady. Ladies at reception were extra kind, polite and helpful, thanks Sasha & Makyna ( apologies, I hope I spelled your name right). If I would be down again in Kensington area, I would probs choose this place again :)

The room was fine - not the nicest and extremely basic. It also wasn’t at all sound proof, we could hear people up and down the corridor all night and in the room opposite. The air con would also randomly cut off and the window wasn’t safe as it opened extremely wide and there was an alarming drop outside so definitely not safe if you have children. The lift also had a funny smell and staff weren’t very helpful. If you’re looking for something slightly cheaper and just to sleep in, it’s fine but I won’t be going back.

Decided to stay here again on my return trip to London. Again a great stay and nice little hotel. The room this time was tiny for the price but it was enough for me. Clean and comfortable and good AC on some pretty warm days.

It was such a very disappointed experience staying at this hotel because I feel discriminated more than welcomed, especially the treat from Indian lady staff.
(I am Asian).
There was a moment that I was drinking water from the cooler on the reception counter, the lady staff looked at me (and my friend) with her side-eyes then she turned left to talk to her college by another language. I was very unhappy and promise I will not come back to this hotel again.
The lift was unable to use upon my check-in (18 July) and there was not fixed till the last day of my stay (21July). We need to leave some of big luggage in store room and need to carry some of stuff upstairs ourselves. Not comfortable at all.
The standard room has mirror at the footboard, for please be aware if you mind this.
