Heeton Concept Hotel - Kensington London

Not a good experience at this hotel. Room capacity was full so when I checked in and got to my room, found that the toilet was leaking. Water was running along/under the tiles and the was a wet patch in the bedroom carpet area. Informed the staff and was given some towels to halt the leak. Not great. I know theres not much the staff can do as capacity full and was late but there was no compensation offered apart from a drink the morning after. Room was dated and carpets were very worn. I hope they closed that room off, repaired and deep cleaned it before putting it back out for people to stay in. Very disappointing.

Clealiness: bathroom was clean, however, hair was found in various other parts of the room. That felt unhygienic, especially when at the pantry area. I thus did not consume any if the drinks provides. Carpet was also very dirty (not pictured). Location: Walking distance to many wonderful parts of London. Safe at night even for solo women travelers. Service: Pretty much what you pay for. Ammenities: Very basic. Having a fridge would have been nice though.

I think the hotel is very good, generally speaking it is fairly clean. But there is a lot of 🪰 in the room. The air conditioner has a strong musty smell, but at least they have it.

The room is very small, barely for two people with 2 medium-sized luggage. Bathroom is also small too, little room for changing clothes. Also no table and chairs in the room. The only good thing is that there is TV. Btw U don't need to pay for luggage storage if u only store a few hous.

The room is crazy small, not able to open my 20”luggage. Need to open on it the bed. I asked the reception the reason, their question “are u booking in bnb?

I’m extremely satisfied with my stay here during my trip to London! The location is absolutely unbeatable. It’s just a short walk from Earls Court Tube Station, making it really easy to get to Victoria and central London via the District Line. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores along the street downstairs, so you can grab quick meals or stock up on daily supplies without going far. The room was thoroughly cleaned with fresh bedding and an odour-free bathroom, quiet and comfortable overall. This hotel scores highly for both transport convenience and cleanliness. I’d definitely book here again next time I visit London.

Small room had a window, but with scaffolding outside and overlooking windows close by we had to keep curtains drawn; so the window was no advantage. Modest quality and there was an unpleasant smell in shower room. Bed was comfy though and we had a great night’s sleep.

I really enjoyed how close this hotel was to transport. It was super convenient and accessible to both transport and getting in and out of the hotel. Hotel was clean with great amenities such as an air conditioner

I have never stay before like this hotel. It was horrible. The hotel was very very dirty. I had not got breakfast but I saw how people eat something on the sofa and chair. First day we had to stay -1 Floor . There was no window in the room . Also there was no fresh air system in the WC. And the air conditaion was not heat . So the room looks like a cold brave. Everything is very very dirty. Zero point is too much for the hotel. Second day they mooved to us for 4th floor. Again everything is very very old and dirty. The hotel like a labirent.
