Had an overbooking experience. But the crew kindly helped me through and got me booked in Andrade Guiará.

The staff was very helful, the location very convenient for us, the breakfast was excellent a really good hotel for the price, we enjoyed our stay and coming back to Curitiba we would definetely go back to this hotel

The hotel has good service but the location is not so good and the hotel seems to be old

Close to shops, cafeterias, municipal market, pharmacies. Good cleanliness, service. Stay for 5 days

Photos do not match reality, on the website and app, it looks like a new place, but it is not, the room needs maintenance, with rusty metal parts, a mirror full of stains, a defective doorknob, and a bulging closet. There was no cleaning between one day and the next during the stay, they went into the room, but it was not cleaned, they just took out the trash. Very basic breakfast, and some very dry pies.

Overall, everything was fine. The parking lot could be on site, since there are a lot of beggars in the area who are going from the hotel to pick up their car. The mattress could be firmer. I ended up leaving the hotel without returning the magnetic card, and I'm going to send it back by mail. Please let the hotel know.

What stage??? I arrived at the hotel and was informed that there was no room available, I showed my proof of payment in PDF that you sent me via email, anyway... I was left on the street, in torrential rain!!! With nowhere to go, crowded city, crowded hotels! I demand satisfaction from the app and I want my refund! I have already filed my complaint on RECLAME HERE!

Terrible experience, hotel with mold on the walls, the wardrobe smelled of mold, dirty bathroom, with a bad smell in all the drains (including the sink), the place to put the towel was all rusty. The bed did not have a fitted sheet, the sheet they put on is super thin and small so it kept coming off. The curtain in the room is not a backout and does not cover the entire window. The breakfast has no variety and you have to go at 6:30 am to eat what they have, because if you run out you will be left without it. In addition, the ham was slimy, the coffee was cold and when told they had to reheat it. Avoid this hotel!

Breakfast, very good. Small parking lot. If you are a beginner driver, I do not recommend it, as there are many columns. I stayed in the family room: simple room, TV does not work. Air conditioning smells. Bathroom does not have a hairdryer, comfortable bed. Service at reception: great. If you are looking for something just to sleep, something basic and you do not have a car. It is worth it. Because parking is a hassle.

I really enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was wonderful, everything was very clean, the staff were very friendly, every time I go to Curitiba I will end up staying at this same hotel, it is very well located.

I really liked it; it met my needs very well. Comfortable bed and everything was clean, nice and warm shower! Surprising breakfast for the price we paid. I highly recommend it! The only thing I should mention is that our colleagues were not so lucky with their beds.

I was very poorly received, the receptionist was very rude, I made a reservation for a double bed and they made a single bed available, and the receptionist simply told me to go complain because he wouldn't do anything, he even said a lot of things disfavoring the booking site and said that the problem was mine with the site. The receptionist was very rude and without the slightest empathy. The bed was uncomfortable, the shower despite being gas, didn't heat up at all, the water was cold, there is no hair dryer in the room, you have to borrow one at reception.
