My family and I spent three days at the hotel. We had a great experience with the breakfast and inside the apartment. It was clean, organized, and very comfortable. The staff was kind at all times. We sure intend to go back again soon.

Fui muito bem recebido desde check in ao check out. Fui alocado no andar mais alto, cfme solicitado na reserva. É um hotel que tem estacionamento e guarda para cuidar do patrimonio dos clientes. Café da manhã muito bom! Excelente infra que quem está passando por ali. Fiquei apenas uma noite, o que encanta é a proximidade ao aeroporto e o seu conforto! This is a great hotel for U.S. visitors to Brazil. Mercure is near the airport and very clean & modern. The employees are very helpful. Some employees speak English but even those who don’t, are very patient & kind using Google translate to communicate with us. Lia, who is employed in the hotel restaurant is a super nice lady and very kind.Lia provided great service. The restaurant in this hotel has good food. We were able to communicate with Lia using Google translate on our phones. Highly recommend this place.
