Better off staying some where else
Hotel is in old part of town near some attractions. Street is very narrow. Use local taxi drivers to get there. We stayed in Paris room. Don’t recommend. Could not sleep at night as we could hear every movement of people staying in the floor above. We checked in at 8.30 pm and it took 4 hours for the room to heat up. They could have let at least one of the heaters running to keep the room warm. I recommend MOAH boutique hotel compared to this property.

Unpleasant experience and stay. The hotel is unaccessible by car. A 2 block walk to get to the hotel via 2 flights of steep and dangerous steps, with no handrails. Once at the hotel, access to the upper rooms was equally difficult. On our 1st night, there was no water in the hotel at all. Inexistent hot water in basin and infrequent hot water in the shower. There was not enough food for guests at breakfast. There was a scramble for the little food brought to the buffet. Broken and useless hot water flask. Despite reports, the problem persisted throughout our 4-night stay. No receptionist present during the night. We nearly missed our journey to Machu Picchu as there was nobody to open the front gate. On a positive note, the beds are comfortable and warm.

Good service
The reception was great. Julia did not speak English but she was amazing; extremely helpful and caring.
It was extremely cold in the room. The heaters were not enough. There were mold and cobwebs visible in some areas of the room even though there was daily housekeeping service.
We were very surprised that we had to climb flights of stairs with our luggage. The hotel is located at the top of a hill and therefore it is quite a challenge to walk up depending on one's fitness.

We enjoyed this place for its view and the service was excellent. We were a family of 5 and Ms Julia went above and beyond helping us meet our needs. She also made sure our room was clean and warm. I definitely recommend it.

We booked this hotel for a week but had to move out after 1 night because it room was uninhabitable. There was no wifi in our room, there was no hot water, and the heating was inadequate. "Breakfast" was 1 egg per person and some sugary cereal. I reached out to complain about the wifi and water immediately. It's been over a week, and I haven't received any response. There Were also lots of (unsafe) stairs to get to our unit (London).

This charming boutique hotel was the perfect place to explore Cusco. The proprietor, Julia, was exceedingly helpful. She made sure everything we needed was taken care of. It was a wonderful two night stay because of the attention to detail and kind caring from Julia. We highly recommend this location!

Everything about this property was superb. Breakfast was restocked every day and we enjoyed being able to cook this at our leisure. Staff were very attentive and check-in was easy.
