Centrally located hotel, easily reached by foot within 5 mins from central train & bus stations. Friendly & helpful staff; spacious & clean double room, with a most comfortable bed. Although a phone and hair dryer were noted as being located in my room, I clearly noticed their absence. Luckily, I didn't require either during my stay. Tea/coffee making facilities were most welcome however. Good amount of wardrobe space, and my room was tastefully decorated in shades of green & cream (very relaxing tones, all in all). Fully functioning restaurant & bar on ground floor, and 2 suites on the 1st floor that cater to wedding receptions / conferences - again, highly appealing decor all throughout.

The Ceiling was broken, the main lights in the room didn't work, the shower didn't work the hot water didnt work and the cold water wasn't cold over all not worth the price of the hotel room at all

I stayed at this hotel in March, with a group of friends. We all agreed that the hotel was good, the staff very friendly and helpful. Maybe a slight problem with some of the plumbing, as in the rate of water from the showers. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was first class!

One of the cheapest hotels I've stayed in and really very good. The communal areas and my room had clearly recently been decorated (I wouldn't use refurbished) so everything worked and was clean and tidy. The lady on the desk was excellent. Service at breakfast was a bit strange. Staff kept looking at me but no one seemed to want to serve me but once over that the food was good. The only thing I'd do differently next time would be to take my own pillows (or maybe ask for an alternative). The ones on my bed were about 18" deep and rock hard, completely useless.

Hotel stunk of paint,no carpet on the stairs to the rooms only underlay(there was a lift),room smelt stale,no handles on drawers only bare screws crack in the sink, broken tiles, shower didn't work, paint and dirt on the bathroom door,hole in the wall next to the door. When we complained about the shower and the fact that we had driven 3 hours to get there and wanted to freshen up the receptionist said 'well you don't smell ',we asked to be moved to another room but there wasn't anything available. WILL NEVER RETURN I do have a video of the cracked sink, broken tiles and bathroom door but will not upload

Horrendous, most things broken or not working
Why can't I post pictures of this?
I need a full or partial refund, shower wasn't working, dirty,broken tiles paint and dirt on the bathroom door,paperthin walls which resulted in listening to our 'neighbours ' nocturnal activities, arguing, slamming doors
