Stayed only 1 night for attending the fair in EXCO. Hotel is nice and clean. Service is very slow.
Recommended for Business Travel only, not for family stay.

Hotel is meeting expectation as five star hotel located in second city of Korea amenity and personality is meeting the standard of five stars, but the front desk step was only one person and their service. It is high standard very brief introduction of facility. It can be improved.

It was a terrible experience. The heating system wasn’t able to adjust and it kept the room temperature at 28-29 degrees. Too hard and all night couldn’t sleep well. I understand it is central system. But the hotel must to something to fix the problem, not just say sorry or tell us nothing you could do.
