Our stay at the Hound Hotel was magnificent. We received royal treatment from the owner of the hotel and are indebted to him for his kindness and willingness to ensure we were comfortable and well cared for. Despite our language barrier, the staff were keen to assist us at all times and there were always lots of smiles. Our time at the hotel helped us to thoroughly enjoy Daegu as a destination and we are glad to have discovered such a gem. Thank you Chung and all your staff.

The hotel is near the garden. And a beautiful lake to walk near the theater. Arts and culture center Easy to find restaurants in the neighborhood. The subway station is a little far away. There is wifi in the room despite that saying that there is no clean room, well equipped

It's great, the CP value is super high, there is a 24-hour counter, and the guy at the counter even enthusiastically recommended us Daegu's attractions. The public space and room environment are super clean, and the counter can also help us order delivery!

Close to the subway, motel style, the room is large, with a large jacuzzi, is the largest room I have ever stayed in this trip to Korea.
Disadvantages: The check-in time is too late, and the check-in is only allowed at 8 pm, which may be the reason for Saturday. The bed is soft.

Relatively satisfactory value for money overall despite some shortcomings regarding cleanliness.
Indeed, there was hair everywhere on the bed and in the bathroom when I arrived, and in two different rooms.
However, the staff was professional and attentive to resolve this incident.
I still recommend this establishment.

SSmadIt's a bit like a B&B, or a motel as the locals call it. This store seems to be run by a family.
It's just outside the subway station's Line 1 exit. The handsome guy in the store is quite chatty.
You can check in at the hotel at three o'clock, so you can store your bags first and then go out to play. You need to change your shoes in the room. The room is not big and has matching toothbrushes, toiletries, etc.
You need to change into bathroom shoes in the bathroom, otherwise it is easy to slip. There is cold water in the refrigerator.
Breakfast is relatively simple, coffee, bread and instant noodles.
