Hotels in Suseong-gu, Daegu

It's nice that there's a glass door between the mini hot spring and the bedroom. When I open the window, it feels like I'm taking an outdoor bath without any steam, which is very refreshing. However, the room is heated too well, so it's quite hot. I often look for cold drinks. Two coffee capsules, two tea bags, and two bottles of water are provided. Two sets of gowns, two large towels, two small towels, one bathroom mat, and amenities are well-equipped, but toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are provided for a fee of 1,000 won.

The overall experience of staying at Daegu Ariana Hotel with my 10-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son was satisfactory. The hotel was located in the center of Daegu, so it was easy to access major tourist attractions, and there were many restaurants and amenities nearby, which was convenient. The room was clean, well-organized, and spacious enough for a family to stay. In particular, there were cozy beds and comfortable sofas that the kids would like, so everyone could relax. The kids expected a swimming pool, but there was no swimming pool at the hotel. Instead, we could enjoy simple drinks and snacks at the hotel cafe. The hotel breakfast did not have a variety of options, but it provided a menu that was suitable for the whole family. In particular, the staff was friendly and responsive, and they responded quickly to requests, so we were able to stay without any major inconveniences. Overall, I think this is a suitable hotel for families planning a trip to Daegu with kids. However, since the hotel facilities are limited, I would recommend it if you want a comfortable place to stay rather than expecting various amenities.

I'm staying for the 3rd day and the breakfast was really good. The room was quiet and comfortable to sleep in. It is impressive that there are two large double beds. It was nice because it was comfortable. I was especially grateful that the staff, including the front desk, were very friendly.

Remote area, being chosen just because of Daegu Marathon. Few choices of restaurant nearby. Walking distance to subway, making it convenient. Fresh and clean. but minor water leakage from shower in my room. Front desk helpful, speak fair English.

I stayed at the swimming pool in the hotel, but the overall facilities are good, but there is nothing around. If you are watching Daegu Lions baseball, it would be nice to have a baseball field close.

First, let’s talk about the advantages. It’s cost-effective. The room is spacious and well-equipped with facilities. The boss and the clerk are very nice. There is a clerk who can speak Chinese. All the clerks are friendly and responsive. Although some clerks are not very good in English, they even use Chinese and English explanations and Korean translators. I can also communicate clearly. There are two convenience stores not far downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. There are a few disadvantages. There are many clubs and KTVs downstairs. It is a bit noisy at night (this is the case in almost all places in Korea, not just this one. Almost all have this problem. There are KTVs downstairs in the hotel) There will be a large Xiaoqiang in the house (there is a large bottle of powerful insecticide in the house...)

This hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly and kind. When we arrived, we was greeted really well and given our room kept promptly! We was told we had been upgraded for free to a more spacious room. Which was so appreciated. There is only one lift but it’s fast and works perfectly well so no waiting was needed. When we entered the floor is smelled amazing, completely spotless. The room (floor 6) was impeccable. It had a large foyer with slippers and an umbrella. The room itself was amazing. A huge double bed, loads of space, a stylus wardrobe to steam your clothes, and loads of amenities, such as toiletries, hairdryer, kettle, dressing gowns etc. The bathroom was beautiful big and safe with a huge bathtub and a shower to choose from. The room had underfloor heating and air conditioning to keep a steady temperature. The windows are behind the mirrors which slide, it’s an excellent design choice to keep your privacy yet have the option of natural light. Huge tv with all channels and apps. The room was cleaned daily, I noticed even the bedding was changed daily too. Towels and shower accessories were changed daily also. I felt so safe and comfortable at this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. It’s a great spot with great access to landmarks. Wonderful stay! Thank you Cherish Hotel! I’ll be back!
