Our stay at the Hound Hotel was magnificent. We received royal treatment from the owner of the hotel and are indebted to him for his kindness and willingness to ensure we were comfortable and well cared for. Despite our language barrier, the staff were keen to assist us at all times and there were always lots of smiles. Our time at the hotel helped us to thoroughly enjoy Daegu as a destination and we are glad to have discovered such a gem. Thank you Chung and all your staff.

The hotel is near the garden. And a beautiful lake to walk near the theater. Arts and culture center Easy to find restaurants in the neighborhood. The subway station is a little far away. There is wifi in the room despite that saying that there is no clean room, well equipped

Close to the subway, motel style, the room is large, with a large jacuzzi, is the largest room I have ever stayed in this trip to Korea. Disadvantages: The check-in time is too late, and the check-in is only allowed at 8 pm, which may be the reason for Saturday. The bed is soft.

I took a taxi, but it was only 15m from the stairs of Geondeulbawi subway station, so it was very accessible. When I told the counter that I had made a reservation through Trip.com, the person sitting at the counter asked me, ”What is that?” and I was shocked. So I showed him my phone with the reservation on it, and he said he didn't know what it was. He said he had never heard of such a company, and that they only knew ”Yeogiyo.”, and told me to make a reservation through ”Yeogiyo.” again. So I told him to ask the manager or someone else, and he called someone and said that he would let me go this time, but next time, if I didn't make a reservation through the ”Yeogiyo.” app, I wouldn't be allowed in, as if he was doing me a favor~~ If I had encountered this situation in a foreign country where communication is difficult or if I were a foreigner, I would have been helpless.
