We travelled from Liverpool for business and I have to say our experience was 1st class.... You pay for what you get? Yes, but this hotel was above the rating it has been given, and that's because of the staff! We first met Gulseren and she was so lovely. Polite, professional, helpful, and all done with a welcoming smile... that for me is what makes a place plus she worked on the bar also later and the same fantastic customer service from her..just outstanding young lady! We also met Connor on the bar, a great young man who's polite and a great sense of humour! My experience was outstanding. The rooms were absolutely spotless comfortable and the staff mentioned2z made it an enjoyable stay... I absolutely recommend it, and I will always use going forward! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All the staff are excellent and very helpful. Staff are very friendly. Hotel is very clean and breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. All staff help with anything you need. Cleaning staff are very good and hotel is always well maintained

We gad an amazing stay at Premier Inn hotel. Staff was wonderful from check in to check out! Thank you Edyta for taking Good care of Us! Bed was super comfy! The hotel was very clean. Would 100% definitely go back. Can really highly reccomend this amazing hotel.

Although the many hotels in the chain differ slightly, mainly depending on age, generally speaking we know what to expect from a Premier Inn i.e. courteous, efficient staff, comfortable bed etc.. During and after our first stay in Ealing, however, we both remarked how lovely the staff were and our second stay, this week, proved this was not just a fluke. The staff here are all one should expect and more. Nowhere have we had a more friendly and welcoming experience. Well done ladies (and gents) and thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

The thing that i dont like was with windows that its not openen. Personal of the hotel was lovely and pleasant always try to help and explane all questions. Next time i come to London i will book the same place. Thank you very mutch and see you next time:)!

Very Affordable and not far from London . Great place. beds are super comfy. bathroom and shower are as always clean. Shame you have to pay for the parking 9 pounds over night if your a guest premier in. Please don't use a car if your travelling to to explore london

Me and my friends had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good with quite a few options and the rooms were clean . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The managers Karl and Michael were always happy to answer and help with any questions. Would recommend this Travellodge.

The room was clean and cosy Staff were very friendly and chatty Especially chante shel was very friendly and helpful ide deffo stay again And it's brilliant for parking The hotel location is really good and between 5 and 10 it's happy hour at the bar so what's not to be pleased about
