"The stay was okay overall. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, but some facilities could be better maintained. It was an average experience and suitable for a short stay."

"We stayed 1 night while visiting family. The room was a reasonable size, comfortable bed, and clean environment. There was a wedding in our first evening but we were not disturbed by any noise. Breakfast was really good but expensive for a buffet style breakfast. Parking is quite tricky given that the area is busy. We became members to get it free. The desk clerk was very quick and organised. Unfortunately, the morning after the wedding, there was a smell of vomit outside the main door."

"Our stay was really good as I was worried being a holiday Inn , but how wrong was it supassed all my expectations from the quality of food to the amenities to the welcoming of the staff when you walk through the door. Would I stay here again? Definitely we had the best weekend using the spa facilities the Marco Perry restaurant and all the other amenities that were available. It was a Very pleasant stay and we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were really lovely. We got free upgrade when we arrived which was a lovely thing as it was my birthday. They're just really lovely. The beds were comfortable. There were extra pillows if you needed them as well . The only thing is you have to pay for your parking there which was quite expensive. £24, but you know apart from that everything else was really lovely and we really enjoyed our weekend. The swimming pool , Sauna jacuzzi, and steam room was great way to spend our last afternoon and all free , they also provided you with towels . The breakfast was lovely lots of choice and there is a Marco Perrie restaurant on site , but there was also another menu if you wanted something more simpler to eat to sit around the bar area ."

"Stayed in a capsule for three nights. Overall, it was a great experience and very good value for money. Pros: • the capsules are very comfortable - I was able to sleep just as well as in a hotel • very cheap for the comfort, cleanliness and location • they are also very fun and different so enjoyed the new experience • the corridors are mostly silent apart from the occasional noise of people moving around • no noise from outside the building • corridors and capsules both have good air conditioning • capsules have hooks, dimible lights, a mirror and a plug socket and USB-A and C charging ports • bathrooms are cleaned regularly • the check in and out is an easy self service on an iPad but there are also staff who can assist with this and anything else if needed (for example I got a free toothbrush as I had forgotten to bring one) - I was very impressed with the customer service overall • the lobby area has vending machines for some toiletries, snacks and drinks • there is 24/7 security at the door • the location is incredibly central and just 30 seconds from the underground - but so much of Central London is within walking distance • especially good value for solo travellers Cons: • towels are not included so you need to bring your own or pay • luggage storage is the same • the capsules have a lock on the inside but you need a padlock for the outside which is not provided (you can buy one from the vending machines in the lobby) • there is only one vertical bar per capsule to hang up a towel - you might struggle to dry wet clothes if it was rainy • there is a big room of toilet and shower cubicles - the shower cubicles have a small bench and area for changing, which gets wet when you use the shower - making changing a bit uncomfortable (perhaps installing floor-length shower curtains between the sections could help) • the local area is very touristy so you miss out on the slightly quieter London neighbourhood feel of somewhere people actually live • the area can be a bit rowdy at night • not great facilities for shaving However no hostel or hotel is going to be perfect at this price, especially in such a central part of London. I was quite skeptical of staying in this kind of accomodation, but overall I loved my stay and it was brilliant value. I will definitely be staying here again many times in the future when I am in London and I would highly recommend it. Tips for staying here: • bring your own padlock and towel • bring flip flops, sliders or sandals for the toilet and showers • women who would prefer not to share facilities with men can book women's only capsules • pack light - there isn't a lot of space for bags and large bags aren't allowed in the capsule"

"I stayed for 10 nights, but they didn't change drinking glass for tap water (my lips were on the glass the whole time).The heater in the room couldn't be adjusted to hot air; it switched between cool and hot air, making the room not warm enough. However, the hotel provided an additional portable heater. There's only one power outlet, which isn't enough to cover all usage. From the underground station, you have to walk through a park and a small construction site, and cross a bridge over a canal. It was very cold."

"What a thoroughly pleasant one-night stay. We arrived hot and tired during a heatwave to find the Reception was unmanned, only a lovely young lady, Deya, working at the bar. Unfortunately, she was unable to help us, but she was extremely apologetic and tried to contact the Receptionist by 'phone. Chantel, the Manager, finally arrived and apologised profusely because she'd had to do an urgent cleaning job. She checked us in and everything went smoothly from there. Our stay was great, and between them Deya and Chantel couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful."
