I had an amazing experience at the Lotus Hotel in Inner Mongolia. It was all because of the help I received from the concierge.
I especially want to thank Room Concierge Han Chunjuan and Wang Yuyang, who took such great care of me during my stay. They were kind, thoughtful, and always one step ahead when it came to making sure I was comfortable. Their hospitality really made the experience feel special.

The hotel service was very good, and while the room was quite standard, it was comfortable. We were fortunate to meet a staff member named Tintin who spoke English well and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The food was decent and served buffet-style, with a variety of options. There were also snacks available in the lobby, a coffee shop offering complimentary coffee, and a bar with free drinks. The hotel provides several different areas to explore and enjoy, and we especially appreciated the fireworks at night. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with something for everyone to enjoy.

Don’t expect much for the rooms, you are paying for the all you can eat and drink, fast pass, and amazing experience of the desert, kids loved it!

Special cuisine for three meals a day all day long - 2 adults: The hot pot for dinner is quite good, but it was past 2 o'clock in the afternoon, and there was no food after the meal time.
Shalian Hall has Mongolian pot tea, snacks, and drinks all day: open until late, with snacks and drinks.
