location is great. near to Dalat market, Lien Hoa ( bakery, very nice bahn mi), Goc ha thanh ( vietnamese food) , Cham ( avogado ice cream, smoothies). Helpful receptionists.
Would be good if they are hangers in the washroom to hang clothes and towels.

Отличная комната с видом на город. Есть чайник, холодильник и одеяло. В описании указано, что есть горячая вода 24 часа, что не является действительностью: на двух человек горячей воды не хватало. Было не шумно, не курили. Вай фай хороший. В целом было комфортно за исключением непостоянной горячей воды. Также на двоих взрослых было выдано только одно большое полотенце и одно маленькое, непонятно почему.

It's my second time staying in this hotel, the location is within walking distance to the night market and breakfast variety changed daily. Front desk manager Duyen is especially helpful since my 1st stayed a year ago, that's why I'm back staying in the same hotel. The rest of the staff are friendly too, overall a pleasant and happy stay 😊

Love this hotel, the location is so convenient just directly in front of the night market with various shops nearby its surrounding. The room was spacious and clean, no complaints about it. Service was good and the buffet breakfast was good as well. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Da Lat.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient for traveling and playing around Da Lat market. Clean facilities, polite staff, attentive customer care. There is even a virtual view overlooking Coline hotel. The only small minus point is that the soundproofing is not very good, if there is a solution, it will be great. If I visit Da Lat next time, I will come back.

The service quality is excellent. The staff is attentive, enthusiastic, and professional. The room is fully equipped, clean, and neat. The location is in the center, convenient for traveling. Will definitely come back many times in the future! 🫶🏻

A enthusiastic and friendly owner. My room is on the 4th floor with a very nice city view. In the morning, I can watch the sunrise and evening, I watch the city on the lights. The only minus point is that ksan does not have an elevator, but the location of the hotel is beautiful. N *** center near the market around many restaurants to travel to tourist attractions nearby

Friendly staff. A hotel employee helped lift the suitcase up the porch stairs. The hotel has several elevators.
The room is spacious, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, clean and fresh.
The bed linen and towels smelled very nice, it was a pleasure to sleep.
The hotel is centrally located
close to the lake. Central/night market nearby.
There were a lot of guests (large groups of tourists) during my stay at the hotel, and the hotel is popular.

GGuest UserIt was a room without a view, but it was not stuffy. Dalat in December was cold, but there was no heater in the room, so it was a bit cold. So I had to take out the robe from the closet and wear it. The breakfast menu was not very extensive, but it was comfortable and good. In particular, the male staff at the reception was very kind.

GGuest UserThe room equipment is average, but the transportation is convenient. You have to live in the back. There is a window to see the scenery outside. The room at the back is more comfortable. The room at the back can see some of the past landscapes. It is a bit similar to the blue sky and white clouds of Florence's house in Huaguo

GGuest UserThe usual budget hotel, good location, but sleep there is impossible. From 6-7 morning start to yell the hotel owners. They live on the first and second floor. The cry continues 1.5-2 hour. Very high hearing in the hotel. It lasted three days. I do not recommend to stay
