"The photos and reviews don't match the reality. Pros: Good location, 25-minute walk to the central market, low price, private accommodation, beautiful green grounds. The room comes with slippers, disposable shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, kettle, and hairdryer. No tea/coffee. No refrigerator. Cons: Housekeeping wasn't done once during my 4-night stay, and there was no drinking water in the room. It was very noisy. I stayed in room 109, and the neighbors from the building across the way would start their activities at 6 AM. I don't know about during the day, but in the evenings, they talked very loudly until at least 11 PM. The soundproofing is very poor; you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. On my last day, they even played loud music at 6 AM. The room was cold because the transom windows face the courtyard. The hot water came from an instant water heater, and it turned off several times. It was impossible to get it set right; sometimes, if I was lucky, the water would be hot, but more often, I showered with lukewarm, room-temperature water. Everything was quite worn out; the sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases were yellow, and the towel had holes. If they renovated the rooms and added soundproofing, it would be much better."
