Amazing
GGuest UserThe room facilities of the homestay are quite new, the bedding is also good, the house is simple, the room is decorated with flowers, small and warm. The soundproofing of the house is average, and the soundproofing of the hotel in Vietnam is not good. There is an internet celebrity cafe soho cafe around the hotel, and there is a very authentic and delicious, very exquisite Italian email garden restaurant + homestay, this Italian restaurant is highly recommended.
The first night of the homestay overbooked, we booked two rooms but the homestay reserved one. The little brother at the front desk was very nice and willing to refund us for one night, but their boss had to say that he was willing to arrange a bigger room for me. The result was the room opposite the front desk. I became the doorkeeper of the whole building. I think the noise is noisy and I said no to my little brother. His boss had to make this money. We didn't bother to accept it. The key store owner said: ”The room I gave you is bigger than the one you booked”, as if we took advantage of him. Especially uncomfortable. The room that was prepared temporarily, there were no flowers or hair dryers, and it was guarded at the door of the building. It was very noisy at night and in the morning. The little brother at the front desk service was very good, and he also sent Jasmine tea to apologize, but their boss was a bit mercenary and didn't like it. Services are reduced because of their boss.
GGuest UserBreakfast: great!
Cleaning: great!
Staff: great!
Location: great! It's in the forest, and there's a shuttle to Da Lat, but the timing isn't very convenient.
Gym: okay.
The indoor pool is terrible – it's only 1.2 meters deep, quite cold, and there's no sauna. Well, there *is* a sauna, but it's an extra charge in the spa area.
You can rent a motorbike, but it's much more expensive, and it's charged in 4 or 8-hour blocks, then hourly after that.
GGuest UserManor Villas Da Lat really offers beautiful scenery. It’s located on the outskirts of the city, yet still only about 5–7 minutes from the lake, which makes it feel peaceful without being too far 🌿
The property is very clean. We originally booked a Superior Room with garden view, but they offered us an upgrade to a suite with city view at a much better price, which we really appreciated.
We made the booking around 9 AM after landing early in the morning and arrived at the property around 11 AM. They showed us the upgraded room first before asking us to pay, which felt very transparent. They also tried to arrange an early check-in for us, but after waiting about an hour, we decided to head out and explore the city instead.
Unfortunately, I don’t have photos—only videos.
One thing that could be improved is the shower area. The floor felt a bit squeaky and slippery, and the shower and toilet are on the same floor level, so the area can get quite wet 🚿
Other than that, everything was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, amenities were complete (cotton buds, toothbrush, hairdryer), and the shower gel smelled really good.
For the price, this place offers great value with a spacious room. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Da Lat 😊
GGuest UserMy family and I had a wonderful trip at Cicilia hotel. Vinh And Dung Dang are very professional, very good support, very satisfied during our stay at Cicilia. Other staff are also very friendly. And the hotel Decorated in the lobby, the whole promenade is already very elegant. Will be back ❤️
AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at MerPerle and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean, nicely designed, and new and well-maintained. However, one downside was the noise level. My room faced the road, and it was quite noisy. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t provide much soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep at times. If you're planning to stay here, I recommend staying a room that doesn't face the main road.
GGuest UserThe young man that wearing spectacular was so helpful and kind. I give 5/5 to him services. He will bring our luggages upstairs until infront the room. The view is so so but still beautiful. After check out the hotel gave the gift for every their customers. The small flower pot. But it was not friendly-citizens because no lift.
MManjitra SukumaramWe had an amazing stay at Brick House Da Lat . We booked the Superior Garden View and it was very spacious with a view of the garden . The staff were efficient and out check in process was very fast . The breakfast buffet had sufficient options and was good .
GGuest UserThe room is spacious and relatively clean, the price is reasonable, the parking space is quite inconvenient, if you have parked your car and another car arrives, the staff will ask you to get off to park again, my car is a Ranger so it is quite big compared to other cars, to avoid being called to bother my family, I parked on the sidewalk next to the hotel. The bathroom design is not very reasonable, every time I finish showering, the water overflows all over the bathroom, making it slippery.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at La Yến Đà Lạt, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of my trip to Đà Lạt. The hotel has a warm, homelike atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The design is charming—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a lot of natural touches that match the peaceful vibe of the city.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I especially want to give kudos to manager Minh. There was few issues during my last day, but Minh handled the service recovery with exceptional professionalism and kindness. His quick response and genuine care made the experience even better.
My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful valley view. I especially loved the quiet surroundings—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring.
Highly recommended for both the beautiful property and the outstanding hospitality!

Staffs
They are very helpful and I liked to live in this hotel
Breakfast is yummy
A variety of food - including good mix of local and continental breakfast
Good coffee and fresh milk
Generally the best way to travel in this area if you’re living in this hotel - is not difficult to walk around the city wearing a good pair of walking shoes in the late morning till early afternoon
Can walk - go to the old city centre Dalat market or walk to GO! Supermarket and sit around the lake side for a refreshing time
The weather dropped cooler and can be very cold in the evening and it is advisable to keep warm in case the sun sets earlier
Grab car is easily available
Taxi service from the hotel is reasonable and reliable for going to further places - better than using the Grab car
