It’s amazing and totally worth the money! *Great Location: Super convenient! It’s surrounded by tons of places to eat, and you can easily walk to Da Lat Market and the Hoa Binh area. No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi. *Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. *Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down. *Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. Everyone—from the luggage guard and parking staff to the housekeepers—is polite and always greets you with a warm smile. Big thanks to the front desk team who were incredibly cheerful and welcoming from check-in until the moment we got into our car to leave. I came from Nha Trang for an excursion to Da Lat and decided to stay in the city. I quickly booked a hotel, although the driver initially took me to a different hotel with the same name. Pay close attention to the address! Then there was another problem finding it; the navigator was glitching. We called and they sent us the geolocation. The room is small, but has everything necessary. The hotel grounds are very well-maintained and clean. The next day was my birthday, and it was very pleasant to receive a handwritten card and a city keychain.

Lived only one night, I can't tell clearly all the benefits and minus. But overall a decent hotel. There's a shortcoming that is noisy next door. But after 11 p.m. everything seems to be quiet.

Absolutely loved the French vintage vibe! The furniture, bathroom, and soft furnishings were all perfectly chosen. Plus, the price was fantastic. I honestly felt like I didn't even need to leave the resort. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast could be better. Oh, and a quick shout-out: the hotel's spa is amazing!

My experience at this resort was absolutely terrible and completely ruined my recent trip to Da Lat. I had specifically booked a room with a garden or courtyard view, clearly stated on the website, but ended up with a room overlooking the gym. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but I was constantly disturbed by the noise from people working out early in the morning, their laughter and chatter waking me up. Moreover, every time I opened the curtains, I'd catch the eyes of people at the gym looking into my room, which made me feel watched and completely lacked privacy. I ended up having to keep the curtains closed throughout my entire stay. The front desk staff told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary room upgrade for a better experience, but honestly, this room was a huge downgrade. Is this what they call an upgrade? The hotel's promotional photos are glamorous, but they hide these undesirable aspects that only guests who actually stay there discover.

Personally, I feel that there is no air conditioning. It is very hot and stuffy in the evening. Although there is an old fan, it cannot improve the stuffy situation. The aerial landscape vegetable garden on the seventh floor is highly recommended. You can order a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It’s great! The breakfast environment is excellent and the dishes are average
