The grand lobby entrance matches the imposing structure from the 1930’s. The staff were very attentive when we checked in yesterday. Our room on the first floor was terrible! Small and poky and awful bathroom. No good! I went to the reception and voiced my complaint to the front of house manager, a lovely, accommodating young lady. She was very apologetic and asked us to have a look at another room on the same floor. AMAZING! Probably 4 times the size of our first room. Really grand and a lovely, large bathroom. Thank you! We’ve read plenty of bad reviews of this Hotel and judging by our first room I can understand those reviews. The management, however, turned things around right away and made our stay memorable. If your not happy, just talk to them!

The location was perfect, as the hotel was right in the Dalat market & night market. Room was relatively small though it looked new and modern. Staff was amazing while breakfast was lovely tasted. One minus point was the bad sound proof as I could hear the outside noise all night.

This is a fabulous place, so beautiful and creative. The rooms are a blast to stay in if you pick one of the “crazy rooms” . We stayed in the Ant house. It was room enough for couple and quite comfortable considering the unusual design. It was clean and well cared for the 4 days we stayed. There will be tourists swarming around all day which actually adds to the fun. You can easily shut the world out with well placed curtains over all the unusual windows and have all the privacy you want, but understand It will be noisy at times . In the evening a staff lit a fire in our fireplace which took out the chill and dampness. The staff are all so lovely and helpful, smiling and proud of this unique work of art. DaLat is a vibrant city and this fun spot added more to our visit.

What do you call the fun of traveling? Isn’t it a meeting with a stranger and a new experience? What is ultimately memorable when traveling is the experience with people. We share people's favors using poor language, and in the process, we share food and drinks. In that sense, this accommodation was special to me. The location and facilities were familiar and widespread. However, a nighttime drink while looking at the night market with the owner of the hotel and other guests is something you cannot find anywhere else. I am leaving a review to express my gratitude to the owner for sharing a memorable night with me.

Great hotel, very clean and spacious room. Hotel very well located 5 minutes walk from the night market. The staff came to clean the room which was a great first for us after three months in Asia. Shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush are provided. The wifi is fast. Special mention to Cuong Tay at reception who is very nice and who will surprise you with his singing talents :)

I stayed in the Deluxe Family City View Room on the 3rd floor. I can see the Colin Hotel and the view is great. The room and bathroom are very spacious, so I think it would be great for families! It was very clean and the breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it was all delicious. Later, I stayed in two double rooms for one night, but the rooms on the first floor smelled a bit like cigarettes and were very narrow and outdated, which was disappointing. The hotel's location requires a bit of an upgrade, but if you stay on the 3rd floor, I think it's worth it! Not recommended for the first floor!
