Clean

The room was small but overall clean. It was convenient to use as there were bus and subway stops within a 10-15 minute walk. There are many clothing stores around and there are a lot of cars in the alley, but it’s a choice you won’t regret!!

Arrived around 10pm. It was quite a walk from the metro station. The location is not so bad as it is in the city, but there are not many restaurants around, so breakfast was a little difficult. The room was clean, the bed was big, and I didn't have any problems during my stay. I think this is a hotel I can recommend for just one night.

The hotel is located close to Yenikapi metro station. Easy to find. Freshly renovated, new bed linen, towels. Responsive staff. There is a refrigerator, hairdryer, TV, safe and kettle. There is no heating, only air conditioning for heating, but the blanket is warm. The area is very colorful, lively and safe.

It was a nice room within the same price range. However, it smelled a little musty. The customer service was friendly and nice.

Good location, well maintained, great welcome, high-speed internet and service especially from Mr Ali Thank you to the entire team: Hotel Menesa and Trip.

Can't communicate with people who work at this hotel.. Nobody speak English... The shower towel are changed only every 3 days .. The room is cleaned also every 3 days...people who work there are not kind and they use Google translate to communicate with the customers.... I will never come back again at this hotel I would prefer to pay more and to be in a better one... Escape from this hotel!!!!
