Where do I even begin? We extended our stay several times. During my trip I had an accident, and I can honestly say that this hotel helped me heal.
Every member of the staff was so kind, caring, helpful and respectful that words are not enough to thank them. They are truly a dream team — from the reception staff, the bellboys, housekeeping, the waiters, the chef… every single person left a beautiful impression on me.
The hotel is located in a dreamy place. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and beautiful views, this is definitely the place.
Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back and we will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.
We will miss you ❤️

In my opinion, this is the best value for money place. The staff's courtesy and attentiveness made me want to recommend it to friends and write a Telegram post tagging the hotel. The responsive staff even cooked our eggs from our own groceries, for which we are incredibly grateful and send our regards. The scent of pine trees is enchanting, and the energy of the lake and forest, the silence, and the birdsong are exactly what you need to connect with nature. Every morning, we did yoga by the hotel and didn't feel any intrusive stares. A taxi to the center of Da Lat is 150,000 VND. Food delivery arrives here without any issues, as there aren't many cafes in the immediate vicinity. 100% recommended!

The resort itself is an attraction; it has a playground where you can entertain the kids all day for a reasonable ticket price of just over 300. There are also outdoor activities nearby, and the hotel offers a shuttle service to Da Lat city center. Overall, the service is good, and the scenery is beautiful. My only minor gripe is that the facilities are a bit old and could use an upgrade.

We stayed in the forest room with its own private fire area, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature made it the perfect place to relax. Sitting by the fire at night in the middle of the forest felt very cozy and special. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared.
We also highly recommend the Mo Bistro restaurant and breakfast. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Breakfast had a good variety and was a perfect way to start the day in such a beautiful environment. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again.

We'd gladly return; it's a great place to escape the hustle and bustle. The hotel's location is superb, tucked away at the end of the road and right by the lake. There are designated relaxation spots along the shore, including a hammock, swings, and picturesque photo opportunities. You'll find a huge hydrangea field and many other flowers. Surrounded by pine trees, it's quiet, with only the sounds of nature. Nearby, there are several walking trails and two mountain peaks to climb, offering beautiful views. The location itself feels relatively new. Our room was on the first floor and initially had a damp smell, and the sink was clogged. However, they fixed everything very quickly and responded instantly to all our requests. The staff is polite and speaks English. For breakfast, there's coffee from a machine and fresh juice.

Very beautiful resort, like a fairy tale.
If you want to contact the hotel to pick up in the city, it is recommended to email the hotel to the Ctrip order number. I wrote several emails to the hotel. At first they said that they could be picked up, and the next day they said yes (only customers can come to pick us up from the resort), and suggested that we call. I said Ctrip's order number later, and the hotel sent someone to pick it up. So I don’t know if it’s because of this. The hotel’s entertainment facilities are a bit short, but the breakfast is very rich. .
