A super cozy new hotel with an incredibly beautiful interior, pleasant color schemes, and simply wonderful service. The guys at the reception speak good English and help with any questions. The breakfasts were delicious, with something new every day. Coffee, tea, juices, water, toast bread, jams, baguettes, soup, eggs or omelets (boiled one day). Rice or noodles, and a very tasty chicken meatball soup. A small selection of fruits and pastries, and yogurts were also available.

The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable. 🕠 Warm Pool Hours The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins. 🍽 Breakfast Hours Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet. ☕ Afternoon Tea Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming. 🌅 Location & View The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient. 💛 Service The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

Overall, I think the location, cleanliness, and breakfast were all good. The view from room 203 was of a Korean restaurant, so I got to enjoy Korean food after a long time. Although the exterior and lobby seemed small, the room itself was comfortable with a large bed and air conditioning. I was worried because of reviews saying it was unfriendly, but it was so good that I'd love to revisit.

The location is excellent, right between Da Lat Night Market and Xuan Huong Lake. You can enjoy lake views from the hotel entrance or from rooms facing the lake at any time. The hotel itself is grand, luxurious, and has a classic, antique feel. It truly makes you feel like an 18th or 19th-century French aristocrat. The garden is also beautifully maintained and opulent. Breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea starting at 2 PM. However, Da Lat mornings and evenings are cold. Even though I used the fireplace heater in my room, it was still chilly, and I ended up catching a cold. It's a good idea to bring warm clothes or pajamas for sleeping. P.S. Stunning location, in the forest, and close to all the lakeside activities. Breakfast buffet isn't huge but has western and Vietnamese staples like bacon and eggs, pho, congee, fruit and more. Service was excellent. Unfortunately the room was a little musty smelling and although I requested a quiet room online, they place us directly next to the restaurant which was unfortunately noisy early in the morning and spoilt the zen forest vive we were hoping for.

This hotel is the kind of place that leaves a lasting impression. I spent the most wonderful two nights here with my family. I'm surprised by some Google Maps reviews that mentioned worn-out furniture; on the contrary, the furniture was beautiful and new. The staff were professional, incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming to all nationalities. I highly recommend it to every Arab traveler – don't hesitate for a moment to book here! The breakfast was excellent and varied, though it could use a little more diversity. They absolutely delighted me by celebrating my birthday with my family during breakfast, amidst other guests, with a simple yet delicious cake. I'm so grateful for that lovely gesture 🥹💕. Despite its distance from the city center, they offer complimentary shuttle service for guests from the center to the hotel and back, so you can enjoy shopping and sightseeing in Dalat more. Just pay attention to the bus schedule. This will be my and my family's first choice whenever we visit Dalat in the future 🤗. Beautiful resort with a stunning lake view and very peaceful surroundings. Perfect for couples who want to relax and unwind. The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Loved the quiet atmosphere and nature vibes. A great place to slow down and enjoy quality time together. ❤️

The room is above average in size, spacious, and the bathroom is large. That's about where the positives end. Housekeeping is poor: the bathroom and walls are covered in dust, streaks, and traces of renovations, creating a feeling of dirt and neglect. The shower concept itself is odd—there's no partition, so water flies everywhere during a shower. We saw this in the photos and were prepared, but in practice, it's inconvenient. The hallways are complete chaos—no one monitors the noise. On our floor, children were regularly screaming from morning until evening, as if some kind of event or party was taking place. The noise interfered with sleep and rest, and the staff didn't respond. There's also a constant pungent smell of incense in the hallway, sometimes reaching a burning odor that even permeated the bathroom—unpleasant. The breakfasts are mediocre: there's practically nothing to choose from, no proper nutritious food, and no meat dishes. It's only suitable for a light snack. The Wi-Fi is decent and reliable. There's on-site parking, but it's inconvenient; the gym is small but has decent equipment—overall, it's above average compared to other hotels; the location is inconvenient, with virtually no other decent establishments nearby, mostly low-rated places, making it difficult to find anything decent nearby.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
