GGuest UserIn our subjective opinion, this is the best hotel in Dalat, based on its customer service and cleanliness, and it's a great value. It's a family-run hotel, and they treat you warmly, practically like family... and they'll even offer you tea, candy, and fruit. We'd like to thank the owners for their dedication; we've been traveling a lot lately, and such hospitality is rare, unfortunately. The rooms are nice and clean, with a balcony, TV, and refrigerator. I highly recommend it!

The hotel was very clean, and the sense of hospitality was consistently felt across the entire team — from the front desk and doormen to the housekeeping staff. Everyone showed genuine service-mindedness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
Thanks to this hotel, our overall experience in Dalat was significantly enhanced. Using this hotel as our base allowed us to fully enjoy the city, and it truly elevated the quality of our trip.
Next time, I would definitely like to book a slightly larger room and stay again. I can confidently say that a big part of what made our Dalat trip so memorable was having this hotel as our home base.

ささき｜カフェ・フォトスポットThis was the most expensive accommodation of our trip, so I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the shower didn't have hot water and I couldn't use the bathtub in the room 🥲🥲. I was really looking forward to the luxurious bathtub, so that was a big disappointment.
Other than that, the room was cute, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent! The overall interior was luxurious with plenty of photo opportunities, so I was very satisfied with all the pictures I took! ◎

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is good with sumptuous breakfast spread and walking distance to the night market. Nearby have some eatery place. There was one vegetarian eatery just 5 mins walk from the hotel offered super yummy alium free vegetarian food at night and lunch menu with alliums only.
There was some ants found around the toilet and TV console area. But its not a big issue as we do not eat inside the room.

11392582****The only upside, in my opinion, was how photogenic the place was. As a resort hotel, I didn't get any resort vibes from my stay. Breakfast was crowded, which is understandable, but the service couldn't keep up. The in-house dining service also didn't feel like a resort experience; it lacked that vacation feel. The hotel is split into several zones, but you have to walk out onto the street to get to the accommodation areas. Some rooms are quite poorly designed; they're large but the windows feel tiny and the glass wasn't clean. Plus, there was trash piled up right at the hotel entrance. The ground-floor rooms didn't give off a welcoming impression at all. They felt more like a basement storage room.

EEverygeniaI love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal).
Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte.
It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc)
Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))

Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе.
Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут.
Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
