Green Eco Hotel Dalat

It was a good and comfortable stay at the hotel. The view was fantastic.

Pros- Spacious rooms with Netflix. Comfortable bed and lovely view. The room had a hot tub and was a reasonable price. Cons- hand held shower, no where to place the shower head that came with hot tub. Sauna in a king suite didn't work- didn't heat up and door doesn't close. Didn't feel welcome by staff at all, in stark contrast to the warm approach received else where in Vietnam. Very poor sound proofing, even though we were on the 5th floor we could hear a lot of noise in the hall way and reception area late at night/early in the morning.

The staff was very helpful with any questions. However, the room/floor that we stayed have a light sewage smell. Not much insulation - can here the traffic early in the morning.

The staff and everyone at this property were so very warm, welcoming and helpful. All my questions were always answered and everyone went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Thank you.

It was a few miles from downtown Dalat so needed to rely on taxis to visit restaurants etc. or perfect if you have own transport. But gave it 5 stars for the kind and caring staff, thankyou Leo who could speak fluent English and for the lovely new rooms and very comfy bed. Cheers from Jenni (Australia)
