Hotels in Dalat City Center, Dalat

I had reserved a condotel, but due to soundproofing issues, I changed to two hotel deluxe rooms(of course, with extra charge) for all nights after the first night. The hotel room was ordinary, but had most of the necessities, and the breakfast on the 5th floor was good. If I visit Dalat again, I would consider visiting again.

There is no significant trouble, and I thought the cost performance is good. But there are the following problems. In the night, the re were noise from next room and upper room. There was water leakage in the bathroom The shower hose was short. There was a wifi problem and I requested to check. But it was checked and repaired on next day.

The staff were very friendly and sensible. However, the facilities were lacking. (No magnifying mirror in the sink, broken air conditioner, lack of breakfast variety). I had to move rooms because the air conditioner could not be repaired.

Thank you for switching to Valley View Twin. The breakfast was so delicious that I ate my fill all three days, and the massage was nice and friendly. It's close to the lake, so it's great for a walk. Good for moving to the city center, such as the night market. The staff were very friendly, so I had a comfortable stay. Valley View is quiet so I don’t wake up. If you are sensitive, please request valley view. However, the room facilities seem a bit old and need renovation. If it has sophistication, I would give it 100 points. I'll give it a 90 and I intend to visit again.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, can rent motorbikes at the hotel. Central location, convenient to travel to parks, flower markets, and Da Lat night market

Close to the night market. There are shops and restaurants nearby. You can get quick and easy breakfast from the stall next door. Some rooms are facing the street which might be a problem for those who are sensitive to noise, but personally I slept soundly with windows closed.

Wifi was fast and stable. There was a desk and chair for work, which helped a lot. Everything felt organized and simple. The bed was big and firm, very comfortable to sleep on. I liked that there were power outlets near the bed and a small reading light.

I have an amazing stay & good experience during the stay. The hotel is same as shown in photo look elegant and ancient, but condition is good. The service from the staff is awesome, we are well served by the polite staff that always ready to help. Before the stay, I have approached the staff for room decoration for my proposal to my partner, the staffs are responsive and the result is satisfied. Good variety of food for breakfast and tea time also, overall experiences is awesome

Disadvantages: 1. The breakfast is average, not suitable for Chinese stomachs Advantages: 1. The room is large, the bed is also large, and it is very comfortable to sleep 2. The room is clean and tidy, and the sheets and quilts are changed for each guest 3. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and patiently answer every question about travel 4. The room has large windows, which can not only ventilate, but also enjoy the view. The lake is opposite the hotel 5. Located in the city center, with convenient transportation, it can basically be reached on foot In short, it is a very satisfactory stay in Dalat, and I recommend everyone to stay

Before confirming this hotel we checked with staff from Sandles Camellia if the rooms in Flora were air-conditioned which they said yes however rooms WITHOUT window only had aircon while those with window come with only FAN. We were trying hard to find the aircon controls but silly us took too long, more than 15mins, to report that there was no aircon resulted us in having to keep the room. Flora could have admitted their misinformation n changed the room inspite of us taking a little longer to report it. If they were gracious enough to change the room for us this feedback would have been so very different. However I must say that the location is marvellous since the entrance of the hotel is right at the Dalat night market! So convenient!
