What makes me feel bad on this trip to DL is definitely the service experience at New Century Hotel. It looks luxurious from the outside, but the service inside, let me note the details: 1- Checkin is 50% earlier than time, checkout 2 hours late, 50% more, not to mention the staff also told us to leave right 12 o'clock can't be out late, even though I told the car to be late, please check out late and charge. 2- Our car is only rented in the morning and left in the basement, because of late checkout without returning the car at 12 o'clock, the car rental is also charged for 1 more day, for the reason that the late return is over 12 o'clock. 3- Laundry service 70k / kg, return items for customers who are lacking. 4- SPECIAL: The day we came here, the dusty room was always dusty, we put a cleaning board and reported the reception, but when we came back unexpectedly, the housekeeping board was flipped to do not disturb mode and there was still room in the room. original i si. Was annoyed in the day, the next day, the room was cleaned through the speakers, did not sweep the floor and dust exactly the same, the cups I used did not bother to wash or change.
