Excellent F&B, great turn down service, we came back to music playing in the background, diffuser turned on. What a pleasant surprise. We loved it here and would highly recommend this hotel. Great decor with amazing taste and excellent location.

The B&B is located right by the Erhai Lake, not far from Shuanglang Ancient Town. The environment is very good and the service is very good. The hotel is located in the busiest section of Haijie in Shuanglang Scenic Area. The room is large, clean, and sanitary. The toiletries are also very good. Although parking is not allowed in the hotel, the parking lot near the hotel is about 5 minutes away from the hotel. As long as the license plate number is reported to the hotel staff, they will arrange free parking! The garden view king room we booked has a balcony facing the interior of the hotel and is relatively quiet. The room we stayed in includes breakfast and afternoon tea, and sweet soup is delivered at night. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. We originally booked only one night, and then stayed for another night! If I come to Shuanglang again in the future, I will stay in this hotel again!

The staff waited in the parking lot attentively, and would ask when I would arrive from time to time. When I arrived, I was amazed when I entered the door. It was completely a courtyard with bright moon and pine trees, and clear springs and stones. The environment is very good, the facilities are also very good, antique, and in line with their name. Then there is afternoon tea, which is simply amazing. It is not the kind that fools people. There are not many types but they are all very exquisite. There is also a thoughtful good night sweet soup in the evening. When I checked out, I was given a whole box of freshly baked flower cakes. I was super moved and very delicious. I strongly recommend their home! ! ! By the way, the guys at the front desk are also very good (Xiao Yang, Xiao Liu, Xiao Zhao), the service is comprehensive, and the people are very kind.
