房子位於地鐵2號線友好廣場站100米，出行，吃飯採購非常方便，步行至中山廣場5分鐘，周圍老建築較多。意外的是，這麼便宜的兩居室竟然是海景房…見圖二，夜裡睡覺也很安靜，走的時候老闆推薦的市場買了很多特產。依依不捨
房間裏床品舒適整潔，細節之處很乾凈。下次還來

地理位置得天獨厚，下樓就是商圈，出門就是地鐵站，距離大連站步行也衹要幾分鐘，出行交通很方便，最重要的是老闆娘特別熱情，我們去的時候沒有空房，大姐幫我們把行李給寄存瞭然後給我們推薦了附近美食，房間收拾完第一時間通知我們可以入住了，入住過程全程領着我們進房間做介紹，給我們留了一間能看見海的房間（內陸孩子沒見過海，這是第一次真真正正見到大海的廣闊），因為要趕第二天晚上的輪渡沒有續住，老闆娘還幫我們寄存行李讓我們白天再去多玩玩，晚上走之前去取就行，總之從各方面來説，非常推薦！

公寓在港滙中心大廈裏，友好廣場地鐵站出來一拐彎就到，很近，去哪都方便。路口就是喜家德水餃和肯德基，旁邊有24小時的超市，離大連火車站也很近。住的9層，房間很滿意，乾淨整潔，面積也不小，有洗衣機，是投影電視，站在屋裡可以看城景，還能看到碼頭。服務枱的大姐很熱情，態度特別好。已經推薦給朋友了

從金石灘輾轉到市區，選了這個公寓酒店。老闆待客用心，因為我們不習慣睡軟床，也不喜歡開空調，老闆專門為我們兩個長者準備了硬床墊，而且還額外提供了一條涼蓆，令人感動，十分感謝。老闆當過兵，熱情豪爽。
我們住在十四樓，很奇怪，面臨馬路，卻沒感到噪音大，大概是樓高的原因吧。房間隔斷牆為實心牆，也沒有聽到隔壁住客的聲音，晚上能安睡。
房間整潔衞生，有一次性馬桶墊。冰箱洗衣機齊全，空間寬敞，熱水穩定。
酒店地理位置好，交通便利。距離日月明海鮮坊和俄羅斯風情街以及大商新瑪特超市都在八、九百米左右，我們倆都是步行過去的。
來了大連，海膽、海腸、海菜包一定得嘗下，俄羅斯巧克力、雪糕、還有本地小吃悶子也得吃下。
酒店不能做飯帶來了不方便，但是海鮮蒸煮後氣味難以散發同樣不利住客。
我們公交過去的，導航到中德住房儲蓄銀行（大連分行），進邊上大門後再從低區電梯上到七樓辦理住宿。

酒店服務非常周到，老闆和老闆娘非常熱心，會耐心介紹房間內各種設施的使用方法。酒店那層樓走廊有監控，安全條件好。室內採光不錯，衣服能在一天內晾乾，可以開窗透氣。酒店周圍挺多商業區，幾百米處就有地鐵站，應該算是市中心區域，可能是因為還沒到旅遊旺季，價格不貴。
