The space, cleanliness, location, and price were all quite good, and I was very satisfied. The overall value for money of the stay was excellent! However, I was unfortunately scammed by the day trip vendors right outside the entrance. A man enthusiastically offered to help with my luggage, and I thought he was assisting with check-in. In reality, he was trying to sell a Dalian Port day trip for 58 yuan. This money was a commission for the tour agency. Most of the time was spent at paid attractions, watching poor-quality performances, and taking a dilapidated sailboat out to sea (which normally costs 50 yuan per person, but they charged 260). The guide constantly pushed sales throughout the trip, which was incredibly annoying. They kept asking for more money, and the attractions we visited were all rather unappealing. It seems the guesthouse allows this tour agency to set up stalls right outside. This was the only downside. Avoid this at all costs – don't be tempted by the seemingly cheap offer.

I didn't take pictures inside the room, but it felt like a typical monthly rental apartment in Hefei – simple yet well-equipped. My main reason for coming was to experience the ferry, and I hadn't planned on much sightseeing. However, I found the area downstairs to be quite lively, with snack stalls and supermarkets, making it very convenient to buy things. Going in late July, it felt really cool, especially in the evenings – so comfortable. I took a stroll around Water City and Xinghai Square, had a blast feeding the seagulls, and enjoyed plenty of good food and drinks. The convenient location of the accommodation made getting around easy, so overall, it was a great trip.

Great value for money! I was traveling solo and they upgraded me to a twin room. The facilities were clean and working well. However, when my phone slipped into the sofa crevice, I found some rather unusual leftover items, which was a bit off-putting. I'd suggest they improve their cleaning in hard-to-reach spots. Overall, it was still a good stay. The location is excellent, with Donghai Metro Station just over 200 meters away, making transportation super convenient. There's also some lively nightlife nearby with plenty of people around. Not bad at all!

Got a free upgrade to a sea view room, which instantly brightened my mood! The cleaning staff were thorough and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located, and overall, it offers great value for money!

The room was exceptionally good and clean. On my last night, I even got a free upgrade to a two-bedroom suite with two large beds, which was incredibly comfortable. Dalian left a great impression on me; the weather was pleasant, and I was very happy with my accommodation. I'm looking forward to visiting again!

This was the best room we've stayed in for this price range. The facilities and amenities were complete and clean. The room was super spacious, and the view outside the window was excellent.

The location is incredibly convenient. Metro Line 2 takes you directly from the airport to the hotel, and once you exit from Gate C, you just turn a corner and you'll spot the large sign for Building 9. However, check-in isn't in Building 9 itself; it's in a separate orange-fronted room right next door. If you're not paying attention, you might miss it. It's completely within a residential complex, with both owner-occupiers and transient guests, and I imagine there might be long-term residents too. The ground floor on both sides is lined with all sorts of small shops, making the area incredibly lively and convenient for dining. It's about a 40-minute to an hour's walk to the International Yacht Marina. We stayed during the Davos conference from June 23rd-25th, 2026, and it didn't inconvenience us much; in fact, we even got to enjoy free metro rides all day on June 24th. The actual room size and the scenery depicted in the promotional photos were quite different; let's just say the photography was excellent. Overall, the cleanliness wasn't great. There were several bloodstains on the sheets, which we requested to be changed on the second day when the room was cleaned. The bathroom was quite small, and various towels looked unclean and very old. The shower gel and shampoo came in small bottles. Anyone particular about their bathing experience might find it inconvenient. The refrigerator was never plugged in, and when opened, it had a very unpleasant smell and was also dirty, causing food to take on strange odors. The range hood was also greasy. The hangers in the wardrobe were those flimsy wire ones, fine for summer clothes but not at all suitable for heavier coats in other seasons. The staff were pretty good. When booking, I made some common requests: a high floor, smoke-free room, away from the elevator, and a sofa in the warm, bright colors shown in the promotional pictures. The front desk staff arranged this in advance. During our stay, I messaged the 'little housekeeper' daily on WeChat to request room cleaning, and each time they said they would come in the afternoon. Since we went out in the morning and returned in the afternoon, we asked them to clean in the morning, which they always accommodated. Overall, the staff's service was OK, but since it's a homestay that opened in 2021, the facilities, equipment, and cleanliness/maintenance haven't kept up, so it really can't be judged by hotel standards. Oh, and the water heater worked great; hot water came out quickly with stable pressure, making showers very comfortable. Overall, feedback from friends visiting from out of town was positive, and the value for money was there. Even during Davos and the summer peak season, prices weren't inflated, which was very considerate and well-managed. There are pros and cons, and this is a completely objective review. I hope for improvements and might consider staying again in the future.

The place was very clean, and they even upgraded us to a larger bed room for free. On a clear day, you could even see a partial view of the sea, which was a really nice touch. It was very quiet at night, too, so we slept well.
