Check-in and check-out were swift, with a simple and efficient process. Their gentle and patient demeanor ensured there were no tedious waits, immediately creating a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel's overall environment was spotless and well-maintained. The public areas were bright, clean, and well-ventilated, with no strange odors or clutter. The minimalist yet elegant decor gave it a great vibe. My room was spacious and airy with a logical layout. The natural light and soundproofing were excellent, providing a quiet and undisturbed stay. The bedding was clean, soft, and fluffy, and the mattress was just the right firmness, allowing for complete relaxation and a superb night's sleep."

"Business queen room is the best type of room, will only choose that one next time I stay there, other types of rooms are too small especially if you travel with two suitcases or need a table to work. (Romantic queen room for example too small, but still somehow cozy. Walking distance from Zhongshan square subway, a buliding where a lot of young people live, vibrant city energy although the facilities are old, not renovated, drains are a bit slow. Washing machine and you need to have your hangers if you wash clothes The hotel could provide more hangers and tea or coffee The best part is the price and location, 10min walking distance from Nanshan lu, 10min walking to zhongshan square The type of room also determines the view from the window, the cheapest one offers the view to the other building, the bit more pricy offers one or two windows with a great view of the city. The hotel is in the tallest building in that area, literally a tower, but rooms are on floors 8 and 9 which also provides great view. Internet connection better in better room😄 Photos are the actual photos, the view from the window"

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to reach nearby attractions. You can spot historical old buildings everywhere in the surrounding streets and alleys. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, catering to all budgets. The front desk lady was always smiling and offered service via WeChat at any time. The staff on the 19th floor were also very attentive and provided a lot of help. A great choice~"

Tooth brush and tooth paste are also available as well as shampoo and conditioner. Feels like home considering the staff is available 24h on WeChat for anything you might need, including advice in transportation, food and deliveries."

"100% satisfied. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian. It fulfilled the dream of Xinjiang people to stay in a sea-view room. There were so many things to do right outside, like playing in the water and feeding seagulls. My kids didn't want to leave! After playing for a short while, we walked back to our room to sleep. In the afternoon, we even went beachcombing and caught small crabs. The bedding was very comfortable; I slept soundly for the two nights we stayed. They provided two pillows, and the shower water pressure was great. The soundproofing was excellent. I was worried the sound of the waves at night would be too loud, but the doors and windows were very well insulated."

Dalian generally enjoys a pleasant and comfortable climate, though the only downside at the moment is the city's high accommodation prices. Upon arrival, a bellhop promptly came forward to assist with my luggage, and the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. I had to contact the duty manager during my stay with a query, and they handled it with exceptional patience, thoroughness, and a truly sincere attitude. Considering all my experiences, this hotel is undoubtedly five-star – you can't go wrong choosing to stay here when visiting Dalian."

The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel even upgraded us to a duplex, which was incredibly spacious with amazing sea and city views. "I saw reviews mentioning it was an older hotel before I went, so I was a bit worried about outdated facilities. However, after checking in, I found it to be quite good! While some furniture and wallpaper definitely show their age, I think it's acceptable. You can tell from the pictures that the hotel has a good aesthetic, and they've clearly put in time and effort to maintain it well. The front desk service during check-in was just right – very friendly but not overly enthusiastic. I got an upgraded room thanks to my Trip.com benefits, and they even reminded me that I could get discount coupons at the Japanese restaurant on the third floor. The hotel's swimming pool is very well-maintained! The water quality is excellent. Probably because the shallowest part is 1.7 meters deep, everyone there is actually serious about swimming! It's fantastic!!! Big thumbs up! The only slight disappointment was that there are quite a few foreign guests at the hotel. Despite clear signs in both Chinese and English, with large notices on the door to the hot spring area stating no electronic devices are allowed, I still encountered a foreigner doing exactly that. I immediately spoke up. From her reaction, it didn't seem like she was unaware. I hope the hotel can strengthen its management; these rules shouldn't only apply to obedient local guests, otherwise, it's really quite unsafe. Perhaps they could add an extra reminder during check-in and when getting keys for the changing room. They shouldn't avoid saying anything due to language barriers or fear of trouble (after all, every time I went to get the changing room key, I was reminded of the closing time)."
