"I've stayed at this hotel for several years, always booking through the front desk. Everyone says Ctrip is cheaper, but this time I booked through Ctrip, and it turned out to be 80 yuan more expensive than the hotel itself. People will definitely ask why I didn't get a refund. Because I rarely book through Ctrip, I didn't know refunds were possible. I ordered a family deluxe suite with a good view. The room I went to was terrible. I went to the front desk, and they changed it for me. It was a little bigger than the previous room, but still completely different from what I expected. When I went up, the carpet, cabinet doors, and sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in ages; there was blood on them, the floor was covered in dust, and the showerhead was practically useless. The toilet was awful. I don't even want to talk about it anymore. I'm speechless. 😓"

"Pros: The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. Everything else was just okay. On the first day, when I checked in, the hallway smelled damp. My card wouldn't open the door, and the staff said the door was damp and hard to open, so I had to push hard. In the middle of the night, the air conditioner was noisy, and there was some dirty lint in the comforter that seemed to come from nowhere. They moved me to a different room the next day. The AC in this room worked well, but the fridge wasn't plugged in when I moved in. I didn't notice at first, so all the fruit I put in there went bad. There was a good variety at breakfast, but nothing tasted good. The coffee machine was broken when I tried to get coffee. The shower head could only be held by hand; it kept falling over if I tried to prop it up. Lots of old, outdated equipment."

"Cleanliness: terrible. Didnt notice the urine stain around the toilet bowl until second day. Informed the counter but can only clean the next day. Didnt dare to use the toilet for the entire 4 days. Beside the urine stained toilet, the staff didnt bother to put my pillows in place. Tea bags wasnt refilled until i feedback to the counter. Very slipshod cleaning work. Counter service: Excellent. Helped me contact rider when my parcel went missing. Bathroom: would prefer if theres hook inside the bathroom. Feels very cold coming out after shower to retrieve towes. Room: No soundproof at all. Wont recommend if you are a light sleeper. Lighting is good and bright."

Ms. Carrie from Guest Experience provided us with excellent service throughout our stay. Her professional, sincere, and thoughtful approach made our trip even better, and she even helped us with a room upgrade. From dinner to room service, every staff member was dedicated and highly competent. My only personal suggestion is regarding breakfast: we opted not to dine there this time because the offerings didn't seem particularly unique, and there was a significant queue. Therefore, we decided to skip the Four Seasons breakfast this time. Finally, I wish the Four Seasons continued success and prosperity."

The housekeeping department, upon learning of this, promptly arranged for staff members Geng Zhijun, Xu Peilan, Wang Huiqiu, and Li Xiuzhen, who were on duty for two days, to provide exceptional care and concern. This made me feel the warmth of Furama, a home away from home. The breakfast was as rich and varied as always. Manager Bao from the restaurant, after inquiring about my well-being, brought me a cup of hot water, showcasing five-star detailed service. I will definitely choose Furama again when I visit Dalian."

After checking in, I found that the executive lounge was still closed. The alternative was to go to the Chinese restaurant, which I didn't try so I can't comment on it. The welcome fruit included Dalian cherries, which were very sweet. It's been almost seven months since I last stayed at this hotel. This time, I unexpectedly discovered they've added a public washing machine, and the toiletries brand has also changed. Overall, good review."
