Holiday Apartments in Dalian

Location Advantages: Very close to Xinghai Square and the cross-sea bridge. There are two supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient to buy whatever you need. Transportation: Very close to the subway station. When I was researching, I was worried that Dalian wouldn't have shared bikes, but taxis are incredibly cheap there, so I don't have to ride a bike anymore! Environment and Cleanliness: The room was very clean! The photos and pictures provided by the hotel are almost identical! Front Desk Customer Service: Professional, friendly, and responsive. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room, which felt very lucky.

The reception was a bit shabby, but the staff member had a friendly smile. The facilities were decent enough, and I didn't experience any cigarette smoke or issues with the soundproofing. ^^ Also, the location is really convenient. Just outside, there are large supermarkets, department stores, and plenty of small places to eat, so the convenience is top-notch. ^^ I ended up near the train station now, haha, but I want to go there again because it's good for walking around at night. ^^

I was quite satisfied with this apartment hotel. The location is very convenient, right next to Kaidan Plaza, with direct access to the mall from the fourth floor – perfect for lazy people like me. The space is also larger than the hotel I stayed at in Xinghai, as it has a living room (a one-bedroom, one-living room setup), a kitchen, a washing machine, and a refrigerator, making it ideal for longer stays. I've already recommended it to friends. My only minor issue was not knowing where to dry clothes, as there wasn't a clothesline in the bathroom. Perhaps business was booming, but housekeeping was very slow. On our second day, our room still hadn't been cleaned after 3 PM. After that, we just requested fresh toiletries and skipped the full cleaning since we were only staying two nights anyway. Also, check-out is strictly at 12 PM; they even called us at 11:50 AM to hurry up. It would have been great if we could have extended check-out until 2 PM since our flight was in the evening.

Overall, it was quite a wonderful stay. 3 nights on the trot. Holiday mode. The room is well arranged and has a good city view both at daytime and even better at night. However, personally, for longer stays, an upgrade is more suitable. More likely. The washroom door didn't lock properly at first, the shower head was bent at an angle. And the attitude of the owner was a little less welcoming than one would have thought. I arrived around 9 pm and was famished but I was given confusing instructions instead of everything at the beginning of my journey. That needs slight improvement since many foreign travelers might not know the language. You also have a mall to shop and eat from and the subway to go anywhere in town. These service apartments are really suited for long-term stays. Let's hope I can come back here soon. Other than that, it's a really good place and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dalian. It's conveniently located right outside Dalian Station. Shenzhou Car Rental is right next door, and Kaisa Plaza is also nearby, featuring a supermarket and a Sichuan restaurant on the third floor. The room was exceptionally spacious and spotless, and the in-room washing machine and refrigerator were incredibly convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to many attractions. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, providing disposable amenities. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, making it very convenient for washing up, and the shower had great water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel is on the 17th floor of A2 building for reception, then go back and turn right to A1 building for the rooms. The receptionist speaks Korean and Chinese. We had a great view. It is super close to the seafood night market and the Venice, we went there every night and had a blast! The room was clean and we had bottles of water every day. Just, our washing machine was not working properly, it was leaking. But the rest was fine. The neighborhood aside from Venice is mostly for people working, but there are a few very good restaurants if you walk a bit and explore. Good choice.

This was my first time staying in an apartment hotel like this, and it was surprisingly good! It was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with disposable face towels and bath towels provided. The living room was huge, and the dining table was massive, making it perfect for a family stay. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across two floors, offering great privacy. The kitchen, fridge, washing machine, and even a mahjong table were all very practical. The location is excellent, with a supermarket, snack shops, and local specialty stores right downstairs. Xinghai Square is also within walking distance!

Extremely satisfied with this stay! The room was very spacious, a full 60 square meters, with a living room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very soft. Best of all, it was a sea-view room. The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant. The front desk service was warm and professional, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, making it truly value for money. I will definitely be back!
