"The room style was pretty much as pictured. We booked a loft without a sea view, but actually, the view from the 3rd floor was decent. However, having stayed at so many seaside hotels, this view wasn't really stunning, just a nice bonus. Back to the room itself, the front desk service was excellent. They were so polite and attentive, the staff even helped us apply the disposable liner for the soaking tub. The tub itself was fantastic! Even though it was square and the plastic liner wasn't a perfect fit, it was genuinely very large. Our room on the first floor was near the car park but it wasn't noisy, and delivery food could come straight to our door, which was super convenient. The Arabian-themed decor was quite amusing, with a canopy bed on the main floor. The second level was a small half-story with a tatami-like dessert bed, which our child absolutely loved sleeping on. Honestly, I think it's a pretty versatile room, suitable for both couples and families."

It's a two-story condo with complete amenities except for drinking water, but drinking water is available at the counter. Remember to have WeChat as the staff are only there during certain hours. Highly recommended."

"Came to Dalian for the May Day holiday and was completely captivated by this romantic city! The endless sea was absolutely stunning – sunshine, sand, and the ocean, with seagulls circling in the sky. The hotel I chose was also perfectly located right within the scenic area. The service was commendable too; the ladies at the front desk were so enthusiastic. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!"

"My stay at the Grand Hyatt Dalian was surprisingly good, exceeding all expectations. The hotel is located in a high-rise building in the city center, offering expansive sea views from the room. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, I could overlook Dalian Port and the city skyline. The intertwined scenery of the port cranes and urban architecture created a unique atmosphere, even on a cloudy day. It was perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning and the city lights in the evening. The room featured a simple yet elegant modern design. The twin room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and soft, making for a very comfortable rest. In terms of details, the mirrored wardrobe, embedded lighting, and the well-maintained wet/dry separation in the bathroom were all impressive. Basic amenities were comprehensive, and the air conditioning ran quietly, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. The location is a major plus, being close to the Zhongshan Square business district, making transportation very convenient with a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was warm and efficient, the check-in process was smooth, and responses were prompt. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. It's suitable for both business travelers and tourists, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dalian. In short, it was fantastic! I highly recommend everyone to stay here."

"Everything was perfect: the hygiene, ambiance, facilities, and service were all impeccable. The hotel's location is also excellent; it's super convenient whether you're taking the subway, bus, or a taxi. Plus, it's just a short walk to Renmin Road and Zhongshan Square. There are a bunch of famous eateries along Renmin Road too! [smiley face]"

"The front desk staff gave us a free room upgrade, which was a nice touch overall. The hotel doesn't have its own parking; you have to park across the street or at Xinghai Park, both of which are paid. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Dalian Ocean University and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and right across from the sea, so it's a sea-view room! Although the room was near the light rail tracks and there was a bit of noise, I personally didn't mind it, and the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs. I was here for an exam, and the hotel kindly offered a free late check-out. After finishing my exam at noon, when I came back to use my room card, it was already past 12 PM. I didn't want to go down to extend my stay, so I asked the cleaning staff for help with my card, and that was fantastic! The hotel's cleaning auntie contacted the front desk, verified the guest's name, so security was top-notch! Highly recommend! Great value for money!"
