Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 1km from Dalian Railway Station and 12km from Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport. Just a short walk from Zhongshan Square Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. This hotel is located near many of Dalian's attractions including Qingniwa Commercial Zone, Minzhu Square and Dalian Russian Style Street. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
"The location is good, pretty central. The building itself is a mixed-used building, i.e. not fully owned by the hotel. There appears to be private residents and other tenants. The hotel's front desk is housed in a room located on level 19. The building front desk staff (located at the main entrance on level 1) and hotel front desk staff are kind and helpful. The free to view shows available on the room's tv is severely limited. Room cleanliness is ok considering the price point. We found a used spoon and a piece of leftover crisp under the room's table, and the kitchen cupboard's are dirty inside. The cleanliness of everything else is acceptable. The bed is comfortable too. So if you're looking for a cheap place and relatively comfortable place to stay, I would recommend it."
