Guest UserI always stayed at this hotel for my business trips. This time, I brought my child and didn't hesitate to choose it again.
It's a serviced apartment, and the room is huge. It comes with a washing machine and all the kitchen utensils you could need. The living room is super spacious, making it very convenient for working or doing homework, and my child loved it. Downstairs, there's also a billiard room, swimming pool, gym, and a kids' play area.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; they're enthusiastic and patient and always resolve any issues promptly.
Highly recommended – I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

Guest UserThe hotel's exterior is magnificent, like a castle. I booked a sea view room, and the ocean view from the window was beautiful. Even though it's by the sea, the room was surprisingly dry; my swimsuit dried completely within a day. I was a bit anxious after reading reviews about long queues for breakfast, but when I got there, I found that before 8 AM, there's usually no queue. Plus, staff members directly seat you and place a reserved sign, which is a nice touch. In some hotels, even if there's no queue when it's busy, not finding a seat and having to wander around with your plate is even more awkward.
Now for the good parts, there are two downsides I hope the hotel can improve. First, the hotel's Chinese restaurant is really expensive, and there's a service charge, but the taste and service were truly underwhelming. I had originally planned to just eat at the hotel every day, but after one meal, I realized it didn't even meet expectations for taste or value for money – it failed on all three counts. Secondly, for a hotel at this price point, charging for a can of Coke and a bottle of juice in the mini-fridge seems unnecessary. Many five-star hotels even offer a full selection of expensive drinks for free, along with complimentary fruit and snacks, but here they charge extra, which comes across as a bit petty.

Choosing Atour Hotel at Zhongshan Square was an excellent decision. The location is super convenient, and it met all my expectations. The hygiene standards are very high, and the breakfast spread is extensive. The lovely hotel staff proactively added me on WeChat to help with my itinerary, and even gave me a thoughtful farewell gift upon checkout. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Dalian.

LorraineGIt was very nice and quiet. Close to the beach and restaurants were just across the street. Golden pebble beach was 5 mins walk away. I wonder why Golden Pebble beach isn’t so lively on Dragon Boar festival. There were things to do but the shops near the beach never opened. But it was okay as we enjoyed just taking a walk and we liked that it wasn’t so crowded. Can hang near the beach at night in peace. Maybe buy some fireworks and light it up yourself.
Also, we thought the service in the hotel needs to improve when it comes to giving customers what they need in the room. We asked for water but it was never brought to us. We just bought water by ourselves.
Good side: the receptions can speak English. The place itself is like a mini mansion. European style kind of houses. Inside a gated community with orange roofs. Very pleasant and quiet.

Guest UserMy stay at the Castle Hotel was absolutely fantastic, completely exceeding my expectations. I had imagined a hotel over 10 years old would feel dated, but to my surprise, it was incredibly well-maintained. The rooms feature smart toilets, double sinks in the bathroom, and a spacious shower with excellent water pressure. The hotel's European castle style exudes grandeur and elegance, with meticulous attention to detail. The facilities, including the gym and pool, are comprehensive and have extended opening hours – the pool even opens at 6:30 AM! The sky garden on the 5th floor is beautiful, with the castle and greenery intertwining, offering a superb spot to view Xinghai Square and the cross-sea bridge. It's a perfect photo opportunity, and I've seen it recommended on Xiaohongshu. The hotel service was also exceptional, truly living up to its reputation as a 5-star landmark. After checking out, Dansey asked about my experience, and I was just so satisfied overall. I'll definitely be back!

The environment here is particularly good. It is a three-story villa. The houses are newly renovated and the facilities are very complete. The landlord’s aunt is very enthusiastic and has free coffee and tea. It is also very close to Lushun Xingang subway station and the traffic is developed. You can see the sea outside the window, and the price is high.

Guest UserThe hotel has a very American vibe, and the lobby is quite rock 'n' roll. We upgraded our room with a surcharge, and the view was much better; the room itself was large and clean. On our last night, someone set off fireworks on the beach, and having a sea-view room made it instantly worthwhile! The hotel pool is great; the kids didn't want to get out. The hotel is also very close to the beach, and it's easy to order takeout. Really good!

Guest UserThe room is spacious and well-designed. The ground-floor room comes with a lovely private courtyard where you can sit or lie down, facing the sea which is just 100 meters away – truly a perfect 'staring-at-the-sea' room. You can even walk directly from your courtyard in your bikini to go beachcombing or swimming. There are plenty of complimentary snacks in the room. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

юликоWe stayed at this hotel from September 2nd to September 19th. There's no sign because it's a residential building. We asked the taxi driver to call, and the manager, Victor, came and spoke Russian! We asked for dishes. The bed was clean, but there was no cleaning service, but there was a washing machine! Hot water 24/7, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, disposable brushes, a hairdryer, a kettle, and a microwave. They brought dishes, electric pots for cooking, and a refrigerator. Rubber and disposable slippers. Infrastructure: Buses: leave the hotel and immediately turn left to the intersection, then left again. Route 49 goes to the Zoo and Rakushka Beach. Metro: leave the hotel and turn left to the intersection and then right! Walk a little and it will become a street-alley; there's a metro sign on the road! And where the metro is, it's on your right... but to the left there are a bunch of other buses. I think it's better to arrive at the 16 to Venice right around lunchtime, get off at the Galleries shopping center, and then walk according to the map... You need to see this miracle both day and night, a gondola ride is 60 yuan per person). Opposite the hotel there is fruit and a fruit store. The supermarket is on the right, the entrance is down the escalator. The supermarket is small, but has everything, we also bought aqua shoes there, we cooked ourselves, so we bought meat, fish, and potatoes... the only thing they have is vegetable oil in 5 liters... we bought 1 liter in another store for almost 300 rubles... there is sugar... a lot of delicious yogurt, shrimp are 25 yuan per 1 kg, we bought them almost every day, don't confuse them with mole crickets! They are 55 yuan per 1 kg and I don't like them. But I confused them once. There are finished products, but not much. A shopping street with food and fruit, which we are used to... we are from Blagoveshchensk, Amur region, across the river. We see Chinese people on the Amur... in the morning and evening there is a whole street of food... nothing like that here! There is a market: this is if you go there or walk to the Roosevelt shopping center, then on the way... we just walked... you will pass such a market... lots of fruit, meat, fish, greens, etc. The toilet is at the entrance to the left. The sea: from the hotel past the supermarket to the end of the block and... you can go left or right, you will still come to the sea, but! We went to the right... walk a little about 300 meters, probably cross the road and see an alley-lane with a city always walking there... you will walk past dachas... these are gated residential buildings with security and come out to the sea where there are fewer people. The beach is pebble, the tide is low at lunchtime, so Aqua shoes are a must!!! They cost 15 yuan in the store, the beach is not equipped! No umbrella, you can even buy a sunbed. The Chinese are setting up tents, but we only had a regular umbrella with us from the rain... It's certainly better not to take valuables to the beach. But sometimes I took my phone and left a little money, and no one ever took anything. But it's better not to do that. The hotel is located on Xinghai Square, which is sort of divided into two parts, so on the left are the attractions, on the right are the Oceanarium and the Ferris Wheel. (40 yuan)... I liked the Oceanarium... you can buy pearls for cheap... earrings for 99 yuan, and the main attraction for me... feeding the penguins!!! 200 yuan, but... it's amazing! They give you a down jacket and gloves... a bucket of fish juice... a guy will hold a flashlight and film you on your phone... I haven't regretted it at all! It's expensive, but worth it! Buy a combined ticket to 4 museums! A photo of your passport in your phone is required: If you're traveling with a pensioner... I understand tickets are 50% cheaper, and they also count children by age. Rakushka Beach and the beach across the street from the Zoo have sand! They're also not equipped...you can only rent a large umbrella. And then you have to take two buses from the hotel...taxi fares are about 16-20 USD. In Russia, download Alipay...put money in there...preferably a small amount so it doesn't get blocked...by the way, Viktor was asked, he sent us money, and we gave him cash. Alipay has DiDi taxis; they're cheaper than hailing one. The Chinese don't speak English!!! A translator will help. Buy a Chinese SIM card and a paid VPN, and everything will work for you. I recommend checking out the ”Running Dumpling” cafe...it has a red sign and a picture of a dumpling with legs and arms...and the ”Snegovichok” ice cream chain has a picture. The rice chain also has a red sign and the first hieroglyph looks like the letter ”Z.” There's a German cafe on Xinghai and Venice; I sent you a photo and recommend it!

The hotel on the golf course feels that it is mainly prepared for guests who come to play golf overnight. It is written as a five-star, but the facilities are actually a bit old. Facing the side of the course, the view is invincible, it is worth a trip for one night alone. The price is also very reasonable. The manager is very enthusiastic. Breakfast is a set meal, relatively simple and tastes good. The room is large, with a balcony and a bathtub. There is free bottled water, because it is a small bottle, so four bottles were given. Later, two bottles were sent. Insufficient: 1. The hot water flow in the shower is too small and the water temperature is low. The traffic below is a bit noisy in the morning.
