Location Advantages: Very close to Xinghai Square and the cross-sea bridge. There are two supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient to buy whatever you need. Transportation: Very close to the subway station. When I was researching, I was worried that Dalian wouldn't have shared bikes, but taxis are incredibly cheap there, so I don't have to ride a bike anymore! Environment and Cleanliness: The room was very clean! The photos and pictures provided by the hotel are almost identical! Front Desk Customer Service: Professional, friendly, and responsive. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room, which felt very lucky.

Good day to all travelers! Thank you all for your feedback. Thanks to you, we chose these apartments. The room is quiet, clean and cozy. The rest is calm and pleasant. A room with two comfortable beds. Additionally, the room has a table with two chairs, a soft sofa, a TV, wardrobes, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, an induction hob, a kettle and dishes. If something is needed, everything is kindly provided by the host. All provided bed linen, towels are plentiful and very clean. In the bathroom: shampoo, hair balm, toothbrushes, razor and household chemicals. Two types of slippers are also provided, one of them for the shower. There is unlimited bottled water, wet and dry wipes. The room is cleaned at the first request. The staff is very polite and friendly, BUT the most important advantage of this hotel is the owner Wang and his lovely wife. It's very good that they both speak English. His kindness, concern and sincere desire to help are priceless. The most necessary thing in hot weather in this room is air conditioning. And a beautiful view of the lake from the window. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the metro, train station, park, bank, shopping streets, cafes and restaurants. There is a large hypermarket within a three—minute walk, where you can buy everything you need. To see the sights is not far and not expensive, by different means of transport or on foot. We had a great time with our family. And I really didn't want to leave the beautiful city. We liked everything here, there is something to see. Dalian is beautiful!!!

The room facing the sea offered a fantastic view, and it was clean and tidy. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with an abundance of takeout options nearby, making it super easy to explore all sorts of cuisines. It's incredibly convenient. The room itself is clean and tidy, well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine and kitchen. The decor is cozy and comfortable, and the bedding is so soft I slept like a baby. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply is consistently stable. Outside the window, there's a stunning sea view with an expansive vista that just lifts your spirits. The service is attentive and thoughtful, making for a truly excellent stay. I've been here three or four times already, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Extremely satisfied with this stay! The room was very spacious, a full 60 square meters, with a living room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very soft. Best of all, it was a sea-view room. The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant. The front desk service was warm and professional, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. This was my first time staying in an apartment hotel like this, and it was surprisingly good! It was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with disposable face towels and bath towels provided. The living room was huge, and the dining table was massive, making it perfect for a family stay. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across two floors, offering great privacy. The kitchen, fridge, washing machine, and even a mahjong table were all very practical. The location is excellent, with a supermarket, snack shops, and local specialty stores right downstairs. Xinghai Square is also within walking distance!
