The decor is really outdated; it definitely doesn't look like it was renovated in 2023. Plus, there are so many guesthouses in one building, it feels very disorganized. The view outside the window is indeed nice, but with two large beds, the room feels cramped. The hotel is close to Venice Water Town, but apart from the restaurants inside the attraction, there are hardly any other local restaurants. Overall, I don't think it's worth the price.

Location Advantages: Very close to Xinghai Square and the cross-sea bridge. There are two supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient to buy whatever you need. Transportation: Very close to the subway station. When I was researching, I was worried that Dalian wouldn't have shared bikes, but taxis are incredibly cheap there, so I don't have to ride a bike anymore! Environment and Cleanliness: The room was very clean! The photos and pictures provided by the hotel are almost identical! Front Desk Customer Service: Professional, friendly, and responsive. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room, which felt very lucky.

At first, it was a bit challenging for us to locate the hotel, as we don’t speak Chinese and the reception is located on the 15th floor. However, with some assistance, we were able to find it, and from that moment on, the experience was truly wonderful. We arrived quite early, around 6:00 AM, even though check-in was scheduled for 2:00 PM. Despite this, the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. To our pleasant surprise, they even upgraded our room, which made our stay feel extra special. The room itself was exceptionally comfortable and beautifully designed, offering stunning views that made the experience even more memorable. Every detail contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Always a great stay! Every time I visit Dalian, I choose this hotel for two nights. I love watching the sea, seeing the sunrise from my bed, and the Venetian Water City downstairs has a stunning night view!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with an abundance of takeout options nearby, making it super easy to explore all sorts of cuisines. It's incredibly convenient. The room itself is clean and tidy, well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine and kitchen. The decor is cozy and comfortable, and the bedding is so soft I slept like a baby. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply is consistently stable. Outside the window, there's a stunning sea view with an expansive vista that just lifts your spirits. The service is attentive and thoughtful, making for a truly excellent stay. I've been here three or four times already, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The ambiance here is elegant and atmospheric. Personally, I really love it; it's a prime example of getting great value for your money. Extremely satisfied with this stay! The room was very spacious, a full 60 square meters, with a living room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very soft. Best of all, it was a sea-view room. The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant. The front desk service was warm and professional, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, making it truly value for money. I will definitely be back!
