到達拉斯遊玩，選擇了這家喜來登，酒店各方面都非常好，服務態度熱情，早餐豐富多樣，設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，如果房間窗子能擦乾淨那就更完美了，住在36樓原來可以有好的視野觀賞downtown景色，可惜因為窗子的原因看的模模糊糊

The only complaint I have is that we were placed in a handicap room. The hot water did not work, and we did not find out until the next morning. The shower water also made the entire floor wet. We were moved 2 doors down and everything was wonderful.

Customer service is top notch!
The experience was wonderful from check in to check out. Everything was in wonderful condition and clean. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful.
