"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Dallas Downtown, and overall, it was a good experience with a few drawbacks. First, the location is fantastic! It’s within walking distance of Dealey Plaza, Reunion Tower, and plenty of dining options. Super convenient if you're exploring downtown Dallas. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, with a decent selection to start the day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. The hotel itself has a historic charm, and the rooms were clean and modern, though a bit smaller than expected. One downside was the parking situation—there’s no on-site parking, so I had to park a few blocks away, which wasn’t ideal. Also, only one elevator was working during my stay, which meant longer wait times. Despite those minor inconveniences, I had a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a well-located hotel with good amenities and don’t mind the parking challenge, I’d recommend it!"

"An old, tired hotel. Totally uncomfortable. The refrigerator was so noisy it sounded like a Boeing engine taking off that I had to turn it off at night. The bathroom door creaked like a worn cowboy saddle. They charged over $400 to my card and still haven't sent an invoice for the exact "services" they stole from my card. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of modern, better hotels in Dallas that don't charge customers for services they didn't provide!"

"The hotel was wonderful… The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the bar was vibrant and the rooms are spacious. You can’t beat the location of this place. It’s literally a five minute Uber ride to any major point. Such as the Kennedy assassination or Terry Blacks for some great barbecue, or if you’re in town for a convention to the convention center. we used Uber to get around if not, we use the electric scooters . Never needed to rent a car because a Uber ride from the airport will run you around $50. The hotel is in a great location. Funny of dining options, one of our favorite places to stay. Here are some photos of the lobby and views from our room. "

"The hotel is located in downtown, but the service is really bad. The front desk refused to admit the repeated deductions. I have communicated with the hotel and have not received a reply. I had to ask Ctrip to intervene. I have been abroad many times, and this is the first time I have encountered such unreasonable things from Marriot"

"The Warwick Melrose Hotel provided us with an excellent stay . We will definitely stay there again… a very neat place…clean and a friendly. professional staff. The steak nachos in the bar were delicious… next time , we will eat in the restaurant. We did order breakfast room service… it arrived promptly and it would rate a 5 star . Valet service was always prompt… do not have one negative statement. Thank you, Warwick …. mmb"
