Just back from another fantastic stay at Fatih Apart Hotel with friends and family, hospitality was outstanding as always. Clean comfortable rooms with great facilities. Excellent pool and sun loungers. Cooking is the best ever from Rose's kitchen. I would highly recommend.

As a seasoned traveller, I would give 10/10 because I had nothing to complain about , this is rare for me. The family are so lovely and cannot do enough for you . The Hotel is always clean and the food is excellent The bar is great for meeting people and a perfect end to the day with one for the road , shared with other guests

Stayed in a Fatih apartments 1 bedroom apartment for 2 nights after leaving my previous hotel due to the air con not working. The air con in Fatih apartments room number 04 was amazing and boy did I sleep well here because it was so cool. The apartment was modern, with a rain shower, shower cubicle, shampoo, soaps and shower gels provided, double bed, nice balcony with a clothes line and pegs provided. A safe was also included in the price as was the air con. I paid £50 per night which for August is great value. The communal areas are well kept and clean. There is a lovely pool with plenty of cushioned sunbeds, parasols and swing chairs. There are even sunbeds in the shallows of the pool. Fatih was a very pleasant host as was his mother. They speak excellent English and will help you as much as possible. His mum was proud to tell me they were the 1st hotel in Dalyan 35 years ago. On my departure day they gave me the key to another apartment so I could have a shower before my late departure. Thank you so much for a lovely stay

Visited in Aug 24, after a great holiday here in 2017. Excellent, friendly, intimate family run Apart Hotel. Fatih and the family work tirelessly to ensure guests have a great time. Nothing is too much of a problem for him. Highly recommend.

Just had another stay, I think our 10th over last 14 years. This is the only place we have ever stayed at more than once. Friendly family run apartments, with so many repeat clients it’s like a big family reunion whenever we go. Fantastic freshly cooked food from Rose’s kitchen, available for breakfast lunch and dinner, traditional style apartments in varying sizes, kept exceptionally clean, and a beautiful well designed pool area with lots of comfy sunbed and swinging chairs and parasols for shade. Hospitality from Fatih, Kaan and Rose is what makes this place so special; a place to chill and unwind. 10-15 minute walk to centre of Dalyan where you can find shops, bars, restaurants, boat trips, and people watch.

Highly Recommend Fatih Apart Hotel, Fatih and his beautiful family can’t do enough for you and Rose’S cooking is beautiful. We have been back to these apartments for last 10 years wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Pool area is so relaxing and spotless clean. 20 of us stayed this year family and friends we have met over the years and had the most amazing time as always

Absolutely fantastic, from the warm welcome on arrival, to the first class service throughout the stay, we genuinely didn’t want to leave! Food was always amazing and nothing was too much for them! The room was lovely and clean, the shower was perfect and was always a comfortable temperature thanks to the air conditioning! Fatih and Katherine were amazing hosts and we will definitely be back!

Warm welcome from the moment we arrived. We were recommended to Fatih Apart Hotel by friends, and we are so glad we took there advice. We arrived at 10pm and were welcomed by Fatih the owner after a drink at the bar we were shown our room which was well appointed, very clean with a kitchen area bedroom and separate bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. The Apart Hotel itself is a small family run place which felt very welcoming there is a nice pool plenty of pool loungers, nice bar area with plenty of seating for food, which is cooked fresh to order by Rose Fatih's Mum who is a fantastic cook. The area of Dalyan is on the river called Dalyan Strait, you can get a river Taxi down to the beach or a bus which is very cheap, all the little bars and restaurants are all reasonably priced. First time staying at this peaceful family run accommodation and could not fault it. Attention to detail and cleanliness are outstanding, warm welcome from mum Rose, and friendly staff. Excellent in-house restaurant-standard food and bar. Pool area is contemporary and immaculate, and a great relaxing space with variety of comfortable seating as well as sunbeds, and plenty of shade. Apartments are typically Turkish, lounge/kitchenette with nice sofas, bedrooms on the bijou side, great shower, well serviced and spotless. We spent happy times socialising with other guests at the bar listening to Fatih's stories and having 'one more', overall a lovely ambience. Already reserved for next year !
