I had a wonderful week here. The staff are friendly and treated me as family. I was half board, the meals were varied and everything was freshly cooked. The pool is 1.55m at its deepest which suited me as an infrequent and unconfident swimmer. The pool is also refreshing to relax from the heat. There is no problems with sun loungers, there were always plenty free As a solo traveller, I felt very safe both in the hotel and Dalyan itself. It’s roughly a 10 minute walk into town, or the hotel runs a shuttle bus in the morning - just ask at reception. Definitely walk along the river, it’s a gorgeous stroll The transfer time from the airport is roughly 40 minutes, but there is no aircraft flying overhead Dalyan, so very peaceful

Good hotel with friendly staff. We went half board and the food offered was good. Nicely situated hotel - quiet road but a short walk along the river to the town centre. I have travelled a fair amount in Turkey and found Dalyan absolutely magical. Can’t wait to return. Rooms need updating somewhat - heavy furniture and colours but otherwise okay. Loved the walks along the river and the water taxi to Iztuzu Beach. A happy place. Take plenty of mosquito repellent.

Just returned from club alla turca after a lovely 10 day stay, hotel not too busy but still a good atmosphere ,food again excellent ,good choice at breakfast of both hot and cold ,egg station ,good cheese and meats ,salad, olives etc, cereals, breads ,jams ,honey ,good coffee and juices ,yes you pay for fresh orange juice but you do in most hotels,if you can't enjoy that you must be fussy, does now need a bit of tlc in rooms but after all you only sleep and shower in them, bar and drinks good and always friendly staff, agree tiles and garden area could do with a bit of attention, but 30 degrees in beautiful dalyan at this time of year ican live with that ,booked to return next June

Just back from Club Alla Turca and had a good stay, made better by how Dalyan is just amazing. The hotel is classed as 4 star, definitely 3 at best.. Decor very dated, needs a massive update inside and out.. Rooms dingy but very clean.. Clean towels every day.. Could do with drink making facilities... Pool always looked dirty, off colour.. Needs a review.. Lots of available sunbeds.. Bar and restaurent area were good... Turkish breakfast, a good variety... You have to create bar tab, cant pay cash.. Be careful, we got stung for 500 TL when someone but food on our room number... This needs urgently looking at... Maybe you need to show you room key, or use wrist bands... Location is fab, 5mins from riverbank and about 15 to town centre... Absolute mossy city though, they were rife... Saw a truck twice spraying the town centre, which was helpful.... Eye opener for me was how much everything is much more expensive, so watch your budget... Back to the hotel, the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful... It's definitely a place if you wnat total relaxation... I personally wouldn't visit again but would stop me recommending it

Just back from beautiful Dalyan we stayed at the Club Alla Turca for 2 weeks and had a wonderful stay. We had a ground floor pool view room the beds are very comfortable and the shower is really powerful. All rooms have air con safe (no charge) a small fridge and a hairdryer a large wardrobe with 8 hangers. The pool area is lovely plenty of beds and more in the gardens. All the staff were lovely especially the pool bar staff and reception loved it so much we are going again next year

This place is perfect for a peaceful, relaxing break in the sun. The setting is even more beautiful than it looks on the photos. The food was fantastic and every single member of staff we met was extremely helpful. We had two interconnected rooms which was perfect with teenagers. We had everything we needed, including (much needed) efficient aircon and fridges. If I had to find fault I would say some of the furniture in the rooms could be updated, but this didn't spoil the stay for us at all. There were always sunbeds available, even when we returned mid-afternoon from a stunning ferry boat trip to the beach. Evenings are quiet but the pool table and table tennis were enough for us.

We had a rocky start, be sure to specify a twin if that's what you need, assumed the double would pull apart. Room was not ready but given a temporary room followed by a lovely ground floor twin room. The air-conditioning was welcome, beds comfy and room cleaned regularly. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for the whole of our stay. Especially Silla on reception.Enjoyed the Turkish night ( Thursday) and the breakfast was amazing, eggs cooked fresh, continental cheeses and meats. Don't expect an English breakfast and you won't be disappointed. It was full when we stayed so bit of a sunbed fight, normal when at capacity. Highly recommend this hotel and the area in general. Be sure to do a moonlight cruise with Kingfisher and a day at the beach using public boat is a must.

A very friendly family owned hotel with exceptional staff who did everything to make our stay enjoyable ... special thanks to Menit, Arda and Sila - you were like family to us! The large room was very comfortable and the food was varied and delicious! Will visit again for sure!

What a lovely hotel. Wonderful staff and fantastic food. Near the river that takes only 15 mins to walk to town. Nearly everyone we spoke to were returners. Amazing value for money. The rooms may need a wee bit of an upgrade but it seriously is not an issue. We will be returning.

Dalyan is a beautiful, chilled place. The hotel is set in the mountains, gardens with lovely flowers / trees and better than i expected it to be. The hotel isn't 4 star, I would say lower. Rooms are very basic but have what you need, IE Air con, Beds comfy, great shower and very clean but no kettle to give you an idea. The staff are very friendly and are willing to help. Breakfast consisted of things like, omelettes, pancakes, cereals, fruit and bread. Prices of drinks and food for the daytime i believe had gone up from previous years. Your talking about £3 for a small local beer and about £2.50 for a coca cola. I was charged on departure 400 lira which is equivalent to £10 for having a bit of make up on the towel, they had taken a picture and showed me on my exit. Bearing in mind i didn't take foundation with me just a bronzer knowing these come out on a home wash, i was told they wouldn't be able to get it clean. This was a small hand towel that i got charged for, but no one else seemed to get charged for one who had also been guilty of getting minor marks on. Overall a lovely hotel. Definitely be visiting Daylan again but possibly a villa next time.

Wow,dalyan is one stunning place. It feels like you are a million miles from the uk, with glorious rivers, lakes and beach. This hotel is basic, but beautiful in its own right. Chilled, but close enough to everywhere. Would I go again, 100% and I don't usually ever go anywhere twice. Special place.

Nice hotel in a good location, this is the first time we’ve stayed at the Alla Turca Hotel it’s a four star, but it’s really a three star, we stayed for two weeks B&B the rooms are ok,there is a safe, fridge, air conditioning and a TV but our TV didn’t work. The breakfast is typical Turkish, no bacon, sausage or baked beans, but plenty of eggs and plastic meat also fruit, tea and coffee the coffee isn’t very good. If you like a hot drink in your room then take a travel kettle, as there isn’t one in the room It will take you about ten minutes to walk to the town centre, by the side of the river or on the road If you want to go to the beach by boat it will cost you about six pound, you can’t buy a beer at the beach anymore, so we went the other way with Thomas to the market, a very pleasant trip costing eight pounds, it takes about one hour and forty minutes Meals cost about twelve pounds, but if you want a steak it’s about twenty five pounds,a beer is four pounds, if you like Indian food then go to the Spice Garden it’s very good and reasonably priced Would we stay again at the Alla Turca, Yes

We stayed here for 11 nights. On arrival we we were present with a scruffy, smelly room on the top floor and junkyard view, this was no 4 star room possible 2 at best. Asked to move rooms at reception and we were offered another room at the cost of another £450!!! We paid the upgrade cost as I knew we couldn’t stay in that other room. After a few days we noticed the towels-on-sun- bed brigade were in force. We only spent two days by the pool as we are not the type to get up at 6:30 on hols to bag a sun bed. Dalyan is lovely and we had a great time on the boat trips and beach. The buffet breakfast is lovely and the cleaning staff do a great job. Definitely won’t be back to Alla Turca but we will be back to Dalyan.

Pros. Returning guests, have always liked this hotel. Lovely pool and garden area. Good breakfast choices. Bar and snack bar good. Cleaning staff excellent. Walking distance to town. Cons. Rooms very tired and in need of refurbishing. Stains on banquette and bedspread. Bathroom door damaged, no toiletries. Patio door needed repair. More clothes hangers required. Decking in garden dangerous, moving when walked on and screws sticking up in places. This could be a serious hazard for the elderly guests and children. Enough sunbeds but inadequate mattresses for them. No more available. Mattresses marked and requiring replacement, reception staff fairly disinterested. Requested late checkout 24 hours in advance as required by hotel (chargeable) and was told to return the day of departure, not helpful for planning. Rep assisted and after a 20 minute wait during negotiation we were told a late checkout was available. In conclusion the hotel requires some fairly urgent upkeep and refurbishment before I would consider rebooking.
