Nice hostel on the main street of Danba village on the slightly quieter side but super close to the long distance bus station!
The host lady speaks English and can recommend restaurants and help with booking mini vans to the nearby villages! She's very sweet and offered us some tea when we were sitting downstairs. Rooms get quite cold but the blankets are very thick!

I stayed here during a time in which water was missing in the whole city but the host was very kind and made all efforts to make my stay comfortable, bringing buckets of water to the rooms and notifying when water was available for the showers. She also speaks English and helped me to plan my trip.
The structure itself is well maintained, nice and close to the bus station, I definitely recommend it.

OK location, all hotels seem to be in eastern area of town. Host was really helpful at organising share taxi to local villages and onward travel, answered all our travel planning questions. Unfortunately cleaning was not very good, lots of marks all over glass shower window, clearly hasn’t been wiped in a long time. Toilet leaked from base when flushed so you can imagine what comes out onto floor. Found several small carpet bugs, didn’t bother us much but needs attention.

Very nice hotel and manager. Theo only problem is that my room was facing the river and although the views were nice, it was pretty loud all night and all day

The location is very good and cheap. There are not many elements of a youth hostel, but it is relatively cheap. It is no problem to stay for a few days. There are many places to eat around.

I fell asleep listening to the white noise of the Dadu River. I had a good night's sleep. The sanitation was very clean and the parking was convenient. The boss lady was very welcoming.
