"My wife and I travelled to this hotel as part of a tour (Titan Travel). Although the hotel rates itself as 5 star we felt the catering aspect let it down. This was mainly the lack of choice of food for dinner. On the 2 times we ate there the choice was 1 main & 1 vegetable option and 1 desert dish, not what you would expect for 5 stars. There was also a mix up during the week when we should of been eating in the restaurant but there was no food available until the staff managed to make some urgently. It is unknown whether this was lack of communication between the hotel and tour rep. On the plus side the room was clean, comfortable and well appointed with a lovely view"

Hotel Bünda Davos

"No goodwill whatsoever. After an accidental double booking, which the hotel failed to notify us of before the cancellation deadline, they insisted on full payment for the erroneous booking despite our requests for leniency. We have never experienced such an unsympathetic hotel management before and our entire week-long stay was anything but enjoyable. The only possible explanation I can think of is that the hotel is facing imminent insolvency."

Morosani Schweizerhof

"The Morosani Hotel in Davos is an excellent hotel in the heart of Davos. My husband and I traveled to Davos for a business trip and recently stayed at the Morosani in a suite. The hotel accommodations were very comfortable and decent sized for a European hotel offering. The room had a small living room area, 2 closets, a coffee station, a mini fridge, tea kettle, place to keep wet boots, a king size bed, bathroom with tub and walk in shower, an even a balcony with views of the mountains. The staff at the Morosani is exceptional. The girls at the front desk are super friendly, always giving warm greetings and helpful advice. The breakfast buffet has a large offering with Omelettes, fresh breads and pastries, and even a juice maker. The location of the Morosani is very conveniently located near ski lifts as well as all the shops in the town. You can walk to restaurants, cafes, ski shops and grocery stores within minutes. Also there is a ski rental shop located next door with access right from the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, skiing, or business trips. We would definitely visit again while traveling to Davos."

Turmhotel Victoria Davos

"We were four friends spending the weekend in Davos for a sailing competition on the lake! We wanted to have an aperitif with a white wine from Graubünden. There were only three foreign whites on the wine list! We chose the 2022 Pinot Grigio for CHF 59.50. When we looked up the origin of this grape variety, we were very surprised to find it at the Denner supermarket for CHF 4.50 a bottle! That's a 13.2x price difference. Interesting business..."

"Simple, good hotel, ideal for a skiing holiday. Close to cable cars and public transport. Very helpful staff. Breakfast with a good, fresh selection. A bit noisy, but bathroom and room have been recently renovated. Everything you need is in the room"

"Experience absolutely awful, I was supposed to stay in this hotel 4 nights, and because about the fact that my son was sick, I couldn't go on this hotel, I cancelled my staying from *********** before the beginning of my staying ( so they could rent again my room ). Even I knew before that the conditions couldn't allow me to be refund ( but its can be make from the hotel if they want ) I wrote them email in order to explain the situation and I was ready ( in order to show my understanding ) to be refund only one night on the 4 I nights I booked !!! But I was expecting a commercial good way of attitude from them...I cancelled 2 or 3 times in my life with identical conditions and always the hotel made something toward me...The STRELA hotel is gready, unfair and they talked to me very very rude at the phone...Frankly, you can count on me for make your advertising around me...really bad experience, rude staff...Believe me, you didn't earn what you didn't want to refund me…Poor"

"I was the rustic style is a euphemism of a run down place. BUT this hotel combines the super modern features like bathrooms, double-glazed windows, super comfortable beds with original features, making it incredibly charming and comfortable at the same time. I was also worried that it will be noisy given the hotel is right on the Promenade and in front of the ski-lift station. But they invested in the new windows and the room was super quiet. People at reception and restaurant actually are the family, running it. They get to know you very quick, and always remember your preferences like if you were their friends for years already. The restaurant is very good, and if you order Penne alla Vodka, uou are for a treat and a show. See the video. The hotel has a protected ski-safe vault in the basement that was very convinient. And yes, the Parsenn ski station is just across the road. So it really takes moments to get into the mountains or from the lift to the best apres-ski in town. Loved it."

"Very beautiful. The terrace and restaurant have great views. It was just off-season. I stayed in a six-person room at a very cheap price. The staff was very friendly. The luggage storage was a self-service electronic lock."

"Great 4 star. Ample rooms with the basics but no luxuries. Wonderful and attentive service even if at times, speaking in English is challenging for the front staff (French and German ok). Has excellent indoor pool and saunas. For Davos meeting, 30 minutes walking in slush. (Forget ground transport of any kind because with WEF traffic it will take longer)"

Morosani Posthotel

"The hotel was old and tired and looked nothing like the pictures online. The service was bad, the staff all appeared to hate to be there. Privacy was none - Housekeeping staff knocked once and rushed into our room. There was a popular nightclub on site, huge noise level with people screaming throughout the evenings. The ski room downstairs was like a closet with barely any space for skis. At this price level, you can find better options. In the pictures - bathroom shots - motel style, view from room, old school and rundown property."
