Steigenberger Icon Grandhotel Belvédère
"The hotel is nice and has a good location. The guys at the entrance who park your car and help with your luggage are very friendly, but unfortunately the blonde woman who attended to us was very rude and at the end, when we checked out, she wanted to charge us again for the room. She was very arrogant, which I didn't like at all."
Hotel Strela by Mountain Hotels
"Experience absolutely awful, I was supposed to stay in this hotel 4 nights, and because about the fact that my son was sick, I couldn't go on this hotel, I cancelled my staying from *********** before the beginning of my staying ( so they could rent again my room ). Even I knew before that the conditions couldn't allow me to be refund ( but its can be make from the hotel if they want ) I wrote them email in order to explain the situation and I was ready ( in order to show my understanding ) to be refund only one night on the 4 I nights I booked !!! But I was expecting a commercial good way of attitude from them...I cancelled 2 or 3 times in my life with identical conditions and always the hotel made something toward me...The STRELA hotel is gready, unfair and they talked to me very very rude at the phone...Frankly, you can count on me for make your advertising around me...really bad experience, rude staff...Believe me, you didn't earn what you didn't want to refund me…Poor"
ALPENGOLD HOTEL by IHG
"Lights in the room are unpractical to manage. The worse the one on top of the bed"
Morosani Fiftyone - the Room Only Hotel
"Items/travel hacks used to make it work at Morosani 51 hotel during WEF week: My bill was 3,400 Swiss Francs for 5 nights --at least breakfast with some lukewarm scrambled eggs and dried out bacon was included. Stick to rolls and cold items Dual voltage immersion heater to make tea (no coffee machine or kettle in the room) Bagful of converter plugs-Europe round to Swiss, UK 3-prong to Swiss Amazon bubble pack mailing bags for wine and food placed on balcony (no mini-fridge). Bought groceries at the Coop down the street and put the bag out on balcony. Brought it in for 20 minutes 2x daily to prevent freezing. Shampoo and conditioner-a must if you will run into anyone you know. Bonus: this was the first shower-only bathroom hotel room I have stayed in that came with a shower cap. Plastic plates and a travel knife to cut up bread, cheese, sandwiches. Wine bottle stopper Earplugs-every move can be heard in hallways thanks to slate floors/echo chamber and paper bag-thin walls. Others have said it-could have left my door open and it was no different. The window had to stay open to combat the sauna--like heat so the snowplows scraping the roads at 4:40am was a real treat. Door stopper to keep balcony door open in 15 degree weather to counter in-room heat without a thermostat Summer sleeping items-a sauna in the room even w door and window open. Wish I had brought: Swiss Franc coins to use the coffee machine in the non existant lobby. Do not be deveived by the hotel photo taken w a wide angle lens. Elevator: it works some of the time. After 2 calls to the front desk I was told to jump up and down to activate it. Front entry door -no instructions on how to get out-please add a sign “turn knob to the left” Hallways-pitch black at night. Look for old fashioned yellow-glow switches to turn on hall lights. Geez-how about upgrading to motion sensor lights? Your room # does not necessarily correspond to the floor #. My room 434 was on the 3rd floor-really fun with jetlag!"
Ameron Davos Swiss Mountain Resort
"Central location in Davos. Staff is very courteous and competent. The rooms are furnished flawlessly and in very good condition. Everything is just fine."
Grischa - Das Hotel Davos
"We had a wonderful stay at Grischa - das Hotel last weekend. Our junior suite was spacious, yet cozy and comfortable. Hotel staff are wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice is good and Leonto Sushi restaurant is a star itself. We're looking forward to our next stay at Grischa"
Central Sporthotel Davos
"Prices in Switzerland are also high in Europe"
Mountain Plaza Hotel
"Not far from the train station, but you need to climb the mountain! It is very unfriendly to bring large luggage. If you want to save effort, take the elevator of the coop opposite the train station to the top and climb another section."
Turmhotel Victoria Davos
"The hotel is excellent: wonderful breakfast, good spa, cozy and stylish rooms. Nearby is the railway station, you can get to the ski lift in another part of the city. It's a 10-minute walk to Lake Davos. I recommend it."

"Apartment very well equipped, Swiss cleanliness, efficient washing machine, perfectly silent night, pool level 1, joint dressing in booking, parking with sun and snow."
Residenz by Meierhof
Guardaval Apt 207
"We were very satisfied with the accommodation and would book them again at any time and recommend them further."
Guardaval Apt 508
"We've had everythin we needed, the appartment is fully equiped and cosy, with a little old-fashioned interior design, but fully functional. The indoor swimming pool is a real treasure and the location, close to public transport, shopping, etc. is very pra"
Morosani Schweizerhof
"The hotel (and conference centre) is very well run. Staff are very professional. Breakfast was at a „quite good for four star“ quality (standard for that hotel level, but by no means exceptional). The furnishings in the hallway were a bit worn and musty. The fitness centre was quite good. My room itself was quite spacious and the bathroom in perfect condition - all the fittings worked great and there was no mould, a sign it is looked after well. There was no airconditioning (which was a problem in the summer) and this would not have been an issue really, but with the window open at night fumes from some generator or something (not sure what, but it smelt like having a cars exhaust pipe in my room) came in through the window. Overall: if I were to come to Davos privately, I would try to find a different place. But it was ok for a work trip alone."
Hotel Ducan
Hotel Meierhof
"Great 4 star. Ample rooms with the basics but no luxuries. Wonderful and attentive service even if at times, speaking in English is challenging for the front staff (French and German ok). Has excellent indoor pool and saunas. For Davos meeting, 30 minutes walking in slush. (Forget ground transport of any kind because with WEF traffic it will take longer)"
Hotel Europe
"Too expensive for what you get super old rooms not enough staff in the piano bar no parking showers are a joke - every time one uses it, the bathroom is flooded the only good thing about is place is the specious skiroom Breakfast buffet is ok overall too expensive"
Casanna Hotel Davos City Center
"Was here for a business trip for several days. The location of the hotel is ultra central, making it predestined for business trips and quick commutes to and from the congress center. My room was very! small and located next to elevator. Hotel was booked out, and changing rooms took a few days. Second room was considerably larger and more comfortable. Breakfast was little more than the youth hostel in Davos provides. All in all, it didn't feel like I was being catered to. The building and the rooms are not freshly renovated. This place benefits a lot by the central location..."
Hotel Ochsen 2 by Mountain Hotels
"Very friendly, accommodating, and uncomplicated. A sufficiently large breakfast buffet with something for everyone. The pillows are relatively small and too thin. The cleaning work sometimes seems chaotic. The cleaning carts are sometimes left in the hallways until the afternoon, often blocking passage. However, the room cleaning itself is very good."
Davos Youth Hostel
"Nice place which located in the top of the hill, a bit hard to find since name at tue sign not really match with the name booked from the app. But food was good have many types of food and clean."
Schatzalp Hotel
"After watching the excellent and engaging series DAVOS 1917 I decided to stay in this iconic hotel where the series was filmed. The hotel is located in Schatzalp so you need to go up with the funicular (obviously included for hotel guests that go up and down free of charge). You can reach the departure station by car, leave your luggage and then park at the Coop supermarket about 400-500 meters away. The structure is magnificent and historic with many tourists attracted by its enviable position overlooking the valley. I do not practice winter sports but its location is very interesting for walks both in winter and summer (I took a beautiful walk in the snow towards Davos Platz). The hotel is truly historic there is also a beautiful elevator from the time of the opening of the hotel. I had a beautiful "Kaiser ZImmer" on the corner very comfortable and spacious, on the size of the room nothing to complain about but instead on the furnishings: Oh my god! I understand that they want to keep historical things but here there is nothing historical, old and that's it. The bathroom is in Jugendstil, excellent choice I would say but the sanitary ware needs to be replaced as soon as possible. The room had a beautiful terrace but again oh my god the wooden railing seemed to break at any moment! I think the hotel needs a general renovation without changing its external appearance or style. I agree that we are not at the "Palace" but there are some things that really need to be modernized as soon as possible. Also because in all honesty, it is true that January is high season in the mountains, the prices are not exactly those of a youth hostel. The breakfast I would say mediocre, some things good like the yogurts and local cheeses but the pre-cooked bakery products are a catastrophe. and then only one coffee machine for all the guests? Staff at the restaurant, had 2 good dinners, needs also better training. On the other hands staff at the reception very friendly and helpful.A mixed experience: very pleasant for the historical aspect of the visit and the structure (although in desperate need of renovation) but on other aspects such as furnishings and breakfast there is a lot of room for improvement."
Hotel Parsenn
"Amazing experience for our family stay. Comfortable and very clean rooms, delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. We definitely recommend this hotel, which is just a few steps from Parsenn Bahn. Has a nice ski room with enough space for skis and boots. Every afternoon, they served us a warm soup and some cakes, coffee/tea in a cosy room with a fire place next to the reception (this was complimentary). Hope to visit again soon."
Hotel Edelweiss
"I would like to say a big thank you to all the team Hotel Edelweiss Davos for making my stay so enjoyable. The staff are very nice. Just to mention a few names: - receptionist Ronja went the extra mile to help with all the questions I had. It was a very smooth check in and check out. - Paul from the restaurant provided a very quick service for a 3 course meal, regardless that the restaurant was very busy, plates cleared and food delivered quickly. The sauna and the ski boot room are excellent. The location is very good. The hotel provides excellent value for your money. I do recommend this hotel and I will book it again. See you soon :). Many thanks"
Hotel Concordia
"Located on the Promenade, this hotel has outstanding beds (can't remember when I last slept so well in a hotel) and an exceptional breakfast. Reception was very nice and ready to help. We spoke in German but I believe they can speak EN too. Reception hours may seem odd but due to breaks but it wasn't a problem, our key was left ready for pickup. In general everyone is relaxed. We had a studio, big, cleaned daily with kitchinette (had everything you need for a short stay). Groceries close by (5mins walk). It's quite a walk to the city centre, but again whether this is an issue or not depends pn your interests. We also got free Davos transport tickets working also on some cable cars. Loved it and recommend it!"
